My partner and I stayed in this studio for a long weekend during TreeFort. It was the perfect home base to walk downtown to all of the events, and then come back and get a cozy night sleep. We both work remotely and appreciated the 280mbps wifi we had in the room, the Sky Lounge, and the co-working space. The gym was a great amenity to have too.

Mark and Marianne were wonderful hosts. The unit we stayed in was clean and decor was on point. Mark was super on it when it came to communication. The check-in does have a lot of steps but Mark was very clear and concise and if you can follow directions, you’ll nail it haha! Our room was a perfect mini getaway and had a ton of great amenities. We only wished we were staying an extra night so we could’ve taken advantage of it! Thank you for having a cool place available. We hope to stay again soon!

The check in instructions seemed confusing but if you just follow exactly what is given to you it if fairly easy.

My time at the property was thoroughly enjoyable and appreciated. The property is ideally located with a serene atmosphere near the green belt. Just as described, simple space with good amenities. The host was welcoming, courteous and promptly addressed any inquiries we had during our visit.

This apartment was perfect - walkable to downtown restaurants, convenient groceries on two sides of the building, and a lovely park on another side. The building includes very convenient amenities as well - we loved having the coworking space and rooftop deck available. The unit itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Mark was very helpful throughout the stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

This is the perfect spot for a little getaway or staycation! The home was immaculate & I absolutely loved that it was walking distance to everything Hyde Park has to offer. Will definitely be booking another stay!

This was the perfect airbnb for our family to gather and stay. our grandchildren had so much fun with the secret hideout and the backyard. It was close to the zoo and downtown Boise but not in the middle of everything.

Beautiful, clean home that was well designed and fully stocked. Sam provided clear instructions, had a great welcome guide and was responsive. The location was also ideal for us. 5 minutes from airport and 10 from downtown. Great house, great host!

No one these days chooses to travel, but my sister and her husband needed some extra support as they are both in healthcare and have 3 kids. Diane and Heidi helped me feel comfortable right away. They expressed how they were allowing extra time between guests to clean, focusing on making the space as safe as possible. When I arrived they had a list of close by (walking distance) grocery stores/hours. However, they had "gone the extra mile" by leaving plenty of basics such as coffee, creamer, fresh fruit, granola bars, bottled water and even a frozen pizza made from a local pizzeria. For going out or maintaining a safe space, they left me with disinfectant and disposable gloves. The house was very clean and very comfortable. I cannot express enough how well this home worked for what we needed. Thank you and I can't wait to come back again to celebrate health and better days with my family!

Kathy’s home in Boise was exactly what we were looking for. Location was great, a few minute drive from everywhere in Boise, Meridian and Nampa, close to parks and places of interest. House was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Property is managed by Travis who was always attentive and replied to our messages within minutes. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Boise, and being able to stay here was a big part of it. A spacious house is a rare find, and one so convenient to Boise even more so. Big rooms allowed us to host dinners for friends, and bedrooms were well separated. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. If you have a group, I highly recommend this house!
