This is a family beach located in Emerald Isle, NC. It is a quiet location and super relaxing but also a short drive to several great towns with dining, shopping, and sightseeing!! The house is a duplex; one side is the rental unit and the other side is for owner’s use. The house sits up high and has great ocean views from the covered back porch! There are stairs from the backyard to the street, turn left, and then only about 4 houses down to the beach access stairs. Super convenient!

A beach cart (with chairs, umbrella, fishing rods, and cooler) is available! This 2-bedroom 1-bath unit is private and is perfect for a couple or small family. You will have the entire first floor of the house with private entrance and a fully fenced back yard, the pier, and the water.

Paradise Family Cottage offers it all! Fully stocked kitchen, linens, toys, playpen, stroller and a strapped high chair. A wagon for travel to the beach, chairs, beach toys, skimboards, boogie boards and beach towels you may need. The ocean and sound are a short distance away with a public pier and boat ramp. Paddle board, kayaks, paddles and life jackets provided for your pleasure. Use anything you need! Please enjoy!
