secara keseseluruhan proses check in check out lancar dan mudah, owner juga sangat komunikatif. keseluruhan rumah bersih dan karena di cluster jadi aman dan tidak berisik. view perumahannya apik dan cocok kalau pagi² mau jogging atau jalan kaki olahraga. akses perumahannya juga ngga jauhbdari pintu keluar tol 42, jadi mudah untuk dicari.

thank god i found this bnb. the checked-in process was very easy and assisted by the host. when i entered the house it exceeded my expectations. the house was clean, tidy, fragrant, and perfect. the host knows how to provide excellent service to us with lots of facilities and very detailed things available. feels like home. i am very satisfied while staying here. never hesitate to choose it. Thank you for the experience given by Mrs. Ety so that i can feel the warmth of her home.

Thanks Djanuar for letting us stay at your place! Booked it quite last minute for a 3D2N staycation with my family & our family dogs. Overall, it was a good option for a staycation. Positive: (1) easy to find & near Jakarta, (2) easy check-in, (3) pretty spacious, (4) good amenities to cook & bbq, (5) good neighborhood to walk around, (6) near mini market & traditional market, (7) pretty clean air since there are pine trees right in front of the accommodation, (8) AC in every room, (9) Pak Doyok helped us to answer our questions on WA, (10) There’s a bedroom & bathroom downstairs so my elderly uncle who has difficulties in walking can comfortably stay here, (11) parking space at the accommodation & at the front of the house. Just a few notes for future renters: (1) for a staycation, the TV channels are limited (or maybe it was just me who don’t know how to access other channels), (2) bring your own towels, (3) the accommodation looks a bit old but pretty well-maintained.

Pelayanannya ramah, datang ber 10 disediakan kasur dan handuk banyak untuk kami semua. Alat masak lengkap, ada bahan makanan juga 👍👍

Villa yg kekinian, walaupun kecil tp semuanya ada dan lengkap, komunikasi dgn karina jg bagus & cepat, host jg menyediakan snack untuk sarapan dan roti sehingga anak2 happy. Sampai selesai masa menginap pun karina masih sigap membantu saya krn ada barang yg tertinggal. Recommend!

pertama kali stay disini, rasanya seperti dirumah sendiri. situasi sekeliling sangat nyaman dan tenang, seperti bukan apartemen. host baik dan ramah. tempatnya ada di dalam komplek yg aman dan nyaman.

I really like the room. It's located in the center of Bogor, so there are plenty of restaurants, minimarts and malls nearby. Gloria is a kind and thoughtful host. Knowing there were three of us, she even sent an extra pillow for our comfort. I especially love the book corner in Gloria's room—particularly the book with the blue cover. My son, who’s almost 6, would always read it to me whenever we rested in the room after playing around. We’ll definitely stay at Gloria’s place again next time.

Apartemen nya nyaman banget, sesuai dengan yang di foto. Peralatan masak & makan lengkap. ac nya dingin. nyaman dan rekomended banget buat yg mau staycation di sini

Overall our stay was okay. However, there are some things that can be improved in terms of amenities: - iron board is broken - some wooden hanger broken - no proper place to hang towels - a bit difficult to adjust shower temperature Other than that, it was a comfortable stay and the owner is very friendly.

Had a pleasant stay—Dennis was very responsive and helpful. There was an issue with the gas stove and TV, but he made sure everything was fixed promptly. The air conditioning works well, and the location is super convenient, right next to Green Sedayu Mall. Do note that around 5 AM, you might hear prayers from a loudspeaker, which is quite common in Indonesia.

Super nyaman, bersih, best lah buat stay daerah bintaro. Pilihan pertama kalo balik daerah bintaro lagi sih ini.. Makasih banyak Bu Rahayu 🙏🏻

The apartment looks exactly the same as in the picture! Unit nya bersih & wangi nya enak, begitupun kamar mandinya (bersih & wangi) water heater menyala dengan baik, tidak tiba2 dingin ketika dipakai bbrp menit. Ada netflix nya bisa smbil drakor-an, AC nya dingin suka banget! Hanya saja kamarnya bersebrangan dengan jalan & tidak kedap, jadi mobil halu lalang terdengar sepanjang malam. Tapi aku pasti bakal kembali menginap lagi disini. Recommended!
