The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

"Snuggledown" in this cosy self catering suite, situated at the end of a small, quiet, private cul-de-sac, yet in the heart of Felpham village with its varied shops, take aways and pubs etc. The beach and Butlins are approximately 10 minutes walk away. The room consists of a king-size bed, seating area with smart TV, wardrobe and kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, and mini fridge. In addition, there are numerous country walks and cycling trails close by.

Cute & Cozy - 1 double bedroom guesthouse

This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. Seaside self contained accommodation, lovely area

This comfortable fully equipped self contained holiday bungalow has off road parking right outside. Situated in the garden of our home on a private beach estate, this is a perfect place for a seaside break. The private beach and prom is a 3 minute walk and Tesco express a short distance on foot, close by are cafes, several golf courses and our charming flint walled village. Nearby is the sailing club, Goodwood, Chichester, Brighton and renowned Bailiffscourt Spa Hotel.

Coombe Cottage in Bognor Regis by the sea.

Coombe Cottage was built in the 1920s of brick and half render construction with a tiled roof. It is a comfortable family home which was extended 10 years ago to add on the self-contained annex which is offered with its own entrance at the rear of the property. The annex accommodation is on the first and second floor with stairs leading up to both floors, therefore making it difficult for wheelchair or disabled access.

Our guest annexe is a 1 minute walk to the beach at Bracklesham Bay. With attractions, such as Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs close by as well as the beach, this is a superb location - 4 minute drive to East Wittering village and 7 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.
