Drive to Boerne Lake or Take a walk or drive into town to visit the local microbreweries or the typical Tex-Mex home decoration stores. After, relax under one of the many mature Oak trees while the children play on the swings and jungle gyms across the street at the Kinderpark. New firepit added also!

This is a quaint garage compartment but is not located above the garage. Private entry, private access & deck. One Queen bed. Unit comes equipped 2 electric burner stove top, pans, utensils, spices, refrigerator & laundry unit. Also includes coffee maker, microwave/air fryer/bake, toaster, WI-Fi, TV, YouTube TV approx. 70 channels incl. all network channels.

In close proximity to the Boerne Historic District and within walking distance to the Old No.9 Walking Trail. Nestled between San Antonio, Comfort and Fredericksburg perfect for a weekend in the Hill Country! Restaurants are varied and just steps from the front door like Fritze’s BBQ, Bumdoodler’s, Mague’s Mexican Cafe, and Bella Sera Italian. STR Permit #2000130

The Riverwood - A Hill Country retreat!

The Riverwood cabin was built by the property owner (Oso), a direct descendant of Dr. Herff, an early settler to Boerne in the 1850's. The rustic, craftsman-built cabin sits on an 85 acre historic ranch and wildlife preserve, located just 2 miles from downtown Boerne Square. The cabin is a bit quirky, and definitely an experience, yet has all the comforts you will need for a relaxing stay with friends or family! Please read house rules before booking.
