A short walk or ride along the Dalmeny/Narooma bike-path (which passes along the back fence) brings you to the shops and beaches. A perfect base for riding the Narooma MTB trails, space for the boat for keen fishers and featuring a native garden to immerse yourself in and watch the birds.

The lifestyle is relaxed and easy in this spacious home, across from the golden sands and abundant surf of Yabbarra Beach. After swimming, the hot outdoor shower is a joy. Enjoy a stroll or cycle along the coastal path to Narooma. 85kms of Narooma MTB trails are nearby. There are cafes, pubs and restaurants to try, plus local markets and more. Whale watching, fishing, golfing, 4X4 and boat trips to Montague Island are all on offer, along with a range of water sports on the nearby lakes.

Beach holiday in a large garden

Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is 1 km from the beach and the river, and 6 km from the country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, markets, bush walking, bike trails, or relaxing - it's all here for you and your family. Your pet is welcome too. We have a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire where your dog can run, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground!

In the warmer weather, book our free kayaks, and paddle 1km upriver to “Yaragee” the local swimming spot, or downriver into town for the more adventurous.

Friendly farm stay near beach.

Our farm looks out to the sea, across lush green fields. Your private two story accommodation is self contained with outside living areas and modern amenities. The top story is the spacious bedroom and is ideally suited to a couple, with a queen size bed and magnificent views. It also has a daybed in the same room, that can be used by a child. Although the double sofa in the downstairs living area can be made up to be a double bed, privacy could be a concern. Families excepted.
