My family and I (mom and sister) had a great time staying at Phillip's. The house is clean, decorated nicely and well stocked -- Phillip has everything you need on hand, I would even recommend checking in first and seeing what is already provided before going to the store -- There was breakfast food, snacks and drinks for us on arrival which was such a great touch, but all household goods are there for your use as well. Phillip was an amazing and proactive host, you can tell he put forth a lot of effort in turning the Airbnb into a home away from home for his guests. He also has guidebooks that help with picking activities and places to eat if you're not familiar with the area. The location is is not too far from downtown making everything a quick car ride away, the neighborhood was also pretty quiet. If we're ever in the area again we would definitely return if available.

We had the best time! The house was perfect for my husband and I, our 8 year old, and in laws. The pool got a ton of use and was heated to the perfect temperature. We enjoyed paddle boarding and the views of the inlet and the wildlife. Having the golf cart was a HUGE plus, making parking at the beach and travel throughout the island a breeze. We even saw a manatee in the gulf on the last day of our stay! The hosts were very responsive and super flexible with check in and check out (which was key when our flight was pushed back about 8 hours). We will definitely return to this home or another of the properties.

I stayed at Chuck & Jilla's place for a week in April with my family and had a wonderful stay. The location was peaceful, the house was very comfortable and modern and a convenient location for St Pete restaurant's and the beach's. Our favorite part was the pool and the hot tub. Mark Cleary

An amazing stay! Stacy was so helpful and responsive. The house was so beautiful and was equipped with everything you could need. We hung outside most of the weekend in the beautiful backyard. The pool was amazing, beds comfortable, and so peaceful. Love to return for another stay.

Emmanuel’s house was spotless and matched the description. Easy to work with and great communication. Views are amazing, pool and hot tub were perfect. Would recommend staying here and looking forward to another opportunity to rent this beautiful home!

Such a great spot!! The pool and tiki bar were so fun, and they had some fun surprise amenities for our bachelorette party (like a ring-shaped floatie)! Would highly recommend!!!

Tom’s place was perfect! Very relaxing, great views! Lots of restaurants nearby and a festival we walked to. Beds were comfy, house was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway!

Our cottage wasn’t ready when we arrived but Captain Al was very responsive and accommodating! He provided us another cottage in a timely manner and generously took care of our dinner tab while we waited. It was very chilly in Florida during our stay and Captain Al brought us an additional space heater to use during our stay. The location is amazing and the cottages are very unique! We’d definitely come back!

Our stay was great. Having the Golf Cart was so handy we didn’t have to rent one. The house is nice and clean the bedding towels. Everything was nice and clean. We would definitely stay again.

This lovely cottage was the perfect location to spend some holiday time with my family. Just steps from the beach with all the amenities you need for a day in the sun. We loved the “Florida” cottage experience and being in such a beautiful neighborhood with wonderful restaurants and a store within minutes. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable and such a relaxing and quiet setting. Unfortunately, we had to leave early and Lisa was responsive and accommodating. We appreciated her hospitality and plan on returning to Pass A Grille and she will be our connection. Thank you Lisa!

We love this little cottage! The view from the back is phenomenal - we even saw a couple gators. The set up is so good for pets. The cottage has everything you need and the primary bed is more comfortable than a hotel bed. 10/10 and would def stay here again!

Kristin’s guest house is absolutely lovely, clean, and beautifully furnished (provides more than adequate supplies and linens.) She also made sure we had sunscreen and outdoor mosquito repellent…( after all, this is Florida with a lake location, surrounded by lush greenery and occasional mosquitos). But it is so worth it to sit out near the dock in the evening with a glass of wine. And her outdoor patio table looks out on the lake and great for coffee or breakfast. The pictures are exactly like her house. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and many activities. The Dalí museum is about 30 minute drive to nearby St Petersburg and highly recommend it. (About 20 minutes from Moffit Cancer Center which is why we were in Tampa) Kristin is very committed to your having a great experience. Highly recommend this place.

Anna was extremely helpful and accommodating for our last-minute trip with the kids. Her place was super cute and very clean and well kept and we would be happy to recommend it to friends and family or return ourselves. Thank you so much, Anna!

Great gathering place for an extended family to get together. Very short walk to a stunning beach Great for kids. Perfectly located next to a park as well which was great.

We appreciate home because it offers plenty of space for the family to hang out. This includes a spacious Florida room, two separate outdoor sitting areas for BBQ, and access to the Alafia River for fishing and kayaking. Plus, Gisselle was very responsive to any issues that we had.
