This stay was actually better than we expected. I stayed with my teenage daughter and 2 dogs and we all loved the place (dogs included!). The photos really don't do the place justice. It is beautiful inside and the garden is spectacular and really peaceful. The layout of the house is really nice and easy flow throughout. Lots of space for clothes, pantry items, etc so it worked really well for a longer stay. The kitchen was fully kitted out. They really did have everything-- plenty of utensils, cutlery, pans, etc-- even a Nutribullet. There are several shops within walking distance. Being able to walk down to the pick n pay was actually really nice (very short walk). I could be there and back with my items within 10 minutes. Coffee shops, restaurants, takeaways and large shopping center (Kenilworth Center) all within walking distance. There was some slight noise from cars, but it was gentle enough to be more like white noise and didn't bother us at all. Highly recommend.

Chris was very helpful and responsive, always available and friendly. I would highly recommend Chris.

An amazing fist time experience for myself and family. Everything was made easy for myself and family. The place was beautiful, fancy, safe, accommodative to load shedding and my brother loved the game room. Even when i forgot an item, she made sure i got it back. I noticed after two days i did not pack it but when i contacted her, she took a few minutes to respond and the next day, my item was available for pickup. Thank you so much Simone. It felt like a home.

Wonderful stay in Claremont! Justin was a great host and very easy to communicate with. The house met perfectly our needs as a family with a toddler (big + for the dishwasher). We went in the summer but didn’t suffer from the heat despite no AC. The place is nicely isolated so you can keep the cold inside. Internet was very fast and in general we had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described, located in a great and quiet area, perfect for a relaxing family trip. All the amenities were spot-on, and Deidre was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. We especially recommend this place for anyone traveling with little ones. Would definitely stay here again!

Claire and Mike were nothing short of fantastic, loved our time at their place and will defiantly be back!! Highly recommend Mount Pleasant to anyone looking for a great place to stay while in Cape Town.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view of the mountains from the garden. Was super easy to walk to start of Two Oceans race. Be careful when pulling in as drive is narrow. Overall great!

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, bietet viel Platz und liegt traumhaft in der Natur. Der große Pool ist wirklich toll und sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

This is the second time we have stayed at Tanya’s beautiful Airbnb, and we are in agreement that this is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The photos don’t do it justice. The decor and space are absolutely stunning. The special welcoming touches Tanya left for our arrival, the excellent communication throughout, we had everything we needed and more. It felt like a home away from home. My five year old especially loved the swimming pool, and we loved being outside under the fairy lights, having a braai with the incredible mountain view. The location is excellent, the house is super clean, and we felt so safe with the alarm system (which we didn’t need to use) and gated parking inside. We definitely will be coming back here whenever we visit Cape Town. Wish we could give more than 5 stars!!

Had a great stay! Jeff was very responsive and welcoming. The pool was deep enough for my 6ft partner (a rarity). His dog Diego is also very friendly.

Great for both short and long stays! I really enjoyed my stay — place is well stocked up and is a good, peaceful environment. Linda is also available to assist with anything and is very responsive.

Het is een prachtig huis met een hele mooie tuin waarbij het enorm genieten is. Chris zit zelf ook in een eigen huis op het terrein wat het gevoel van veiligheid verhoogd. Chris is erg aardig en attent en ook de tuinman en de schoonmaakster zijn hele lieve mensen. Het is een plek waar je nooit meer weg wil.

Beautiful house and well kept large garden- enjoyed my stay. Host was helpful if/when needed and the house was well fitted, linen and towels were changed weekly. Stayed with a pet and the host provided welcome gift of snacks and a toy for my pet which was a nice touch 🤍 Would definitely stay again

We absolutely loved our stay. The area is beautiful, and peaceful with lots to do within a short drive. The house and all amenities was great, everything was neat and tidy. The house had such a warm and homely feel, and the welcome note added an extra special touch. Would highly recommend Joanne's place, and will definitely be back.

Rainer is very warm, hospitable and nice! We enjoyed the garden and pool everyday and Rainer let us even use his washing machine! The garden, pool and neighbourhood are beautiful!
