We had such a great time here. As soon as we walked in, we were all so impressed. The interior design is beautiful, modern, elegant, and really well put together. The house had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to clean and stylish bathrooms, and super cozy beds with really nice bedding. It felt like a home, but with a luxury twist. The private swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights, perfect for relaxing during the day or having fun with friends and family. We also loved the outdoor barbecue area, which made for some really great chill nights and meals together. The location was also a big plus. It’s really close to Dubai Hills Mall, just a few minutes’ drive to both Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates, and there’s a huge park nearby that’s perfect for walks or just hanging out. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. This place is so perfect for relaxing group trip—we didn’t want to leave and would definitely come back! Highly recommended 5/5!

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Very good experience, looks exactly as described. there are five rooms and 1 maid room. living room and is very big to family party. the villa is besides a golf yard, very good view. the host is very friendly, when we arrive it's very late and she waits us for check in. It's a nice experience. if get chance to visit Dubai again, I will definitely choose this.

Me and my team had a really good time staying at the Villa. Leila is an extremely sweet person and is quick to respond to any and all queries. The villa was clean and beautifully decorated. The swimming pool just across the road is also fun. Thank for an amazing stay. Will surely come back again when visiting Dubai.

Fantastic villa. Very very large and spacious. The pool was heated and absolutely stunning. We cooked on bbq a few times which was lovely. Air con was brilliant. Very modern inside. Location was great only 15 mins away from the marina. The host was fantastic, always replied fast. We needed a cot bed they provided one the same evening. Will definitely return to this villa.

Everything was as it said it would be ,it was clean and very comfortable.The beds were extremely comfy . All amenities were provided..The pool man came in everyday and cleaned the garden leaves and cleaned the pool filter . The host answered us extremely promptly whenever we had a question . There were a lot of mosquitoes ( to be expected at this time of year) the owner sent us extra “ zappers” for our comfort which was very kind and much appreciated. We would definitely go back Thank you for a wonderful stay in your lovely home 😊

We had a great time and great stay, perfect size for 4 people, lock needed a battery change and he sent batteries in less than 10 mins. Great location, easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Shaheeds’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Everything is as it’s written even better. The place, location and amenities are in its finest. The communication with Ana, Pinki, Shahid and Gomba was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. My stay at apartment was extremely comfortable. The apartment is spacious and excatly as it is shown on the pictures. The host was very resposive and everything was clearly mentioned which made it very convenient for me to check in. The area is within a walkabe distance from good resturants and the ocean. The host was very prompt to respond and helped us store our luggage in the apartment until we left in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in JBR. Je recommande totalement le logement de George qui est propre, bien situé, et à proximité du Burj Khalifa. Nous vous recommandons de louer une voiture pour vous déplacer. Il est assez difficile de trouver l'entrée à l'arrivée car le bâtiment B2 est caché derrière le B1. La mer est superbe, et la piscine est top. Nous étions au calme avec ce logement. Le parking est un vrai plus. Tout est réunis pour passer un bon séjour.

This was an amazing stay in the heart of Dubai Marina with an incredible view! The flat was very spacious and comfortable, clean and stylish. Me and my mother really loved it!

Nous avons passé d’agréable moment dans la piscine privée ainsi que dans l’appartement possédant tout le confort nécessaire. Il est à deux pas de la plage, commerces de proximité, boutiques et restaurants pour tous les goûts. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location qui vous permettra de créer de beaux souvenirs et profiter d’agréables vacances. Es war alles so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Sadika war sehr freundlich und hat alle Fragen vorab, sowie während unseres Aufenthalts schnell beantwortet. Wir hatten zur Ankunft sogar eine Torte für meinen Mann zum Geburtstag im Kühlschrank. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Velen lieben Dank für alles.
