A queen size bed with attached en suite. Not suitable for infants and children. A brief walk ,160 steps, to great cafes, restaurants, beach, and bush walks. This large 2 storey holiday house has it all. Big enough for 2 or more families to holiday together and share the cost (sleeps max 14). Otherwise, plenty of space for smaller groups to spread out and enjoy with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & 2 kitchens. There is a good sized swimming pool or it's only a short stroll to the local beach. Located on a no through road amidst tropical palms is our fully self contained 1 bedroom unit on the ground floor of our home. Surrounded by native bush and wildlife you get to experience the real Maggie just 1.5km from the ferry terminal and a 3 minute walk to the bus stop. Fully air conditioned or enjoy the fresh air and wildlife sounds by utilizing the ceiling fans throughout. Share our large private pool with gorgeous tropical surrounds. Off street parking is available.

Feel at ease in private, peaceful, natural surroundings. Best of both worlds - in the bush and only 5 mins to closest shops. 25mins from CBD. Plenty of room for trailers or caravans. 75meters from the main residence, and sharing a 20 acre property and garden with a border collie, wallabies, blue winged kookaburras, chooks, bees, cows and our family. Join Jess for Friday and Saturday morning yoga and coffee if you wish on the other side of the rainforest garden.

A great relaxing house with tranquil surroundings and abundant wildlife.
