It is the biggest relief when the pictures and description matches the listing. This home not only was exactly to the pictures and description, it felt like you got more than you hoped for. Absolutely beautifully remodeled and plenty of space for your family or multiple families. CLEAN! Beautiful views, and the deer every morning were a bonus. We look forward to coming back next year and bring more family with us. Thank you, you have a beautiful home and we feel blessed to have enjoyed it.

We had a unforgettable weekend at Kathryn's home with good friends! The pool, the barn, the privacy and the surroundings were spectacular! I already recommended the home to mu family because it does feel like home 🏡

This is our second time staying here at the cottage and we love it. It’s close to our family, close to town and things to do, and the house is perfect for what we need during our stay. The hosts are consistently super responsive, kind, and helpful.

The movie theater room was a great place for the kids to hang out in the evening. The Fire place was wonderful and we loved the layout. Excellent cabin!

Matthew and Loretta's property was amazing for our annual "college friends" weekend. The home was perfect for getting cozy and spending quality time together, while still providing each couple with privacy and space. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely country home. Sparkling clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Beautiful views in every direction. We were very near the restaurant where we were having a family get together. Some folks came back to the house with us to visit and everyone remarked how nice the house was. Matt was a phenomenal host! Very responsive and helpful at all times! His cabin was like a dream come true! Felt right at home and had everything we needed for our stay! Will use him the next time we stay in State College!

This place was an oasis away from home. It was so peaceful, and relaxing. The location was tucked away but it was close to many amenities. The house was clean and inviting. They thought of every detail. I forgot my hairdryer and found one under the sink! The kitchen had everything that was needed to make a family meal. Having the extra fridge in the garage was helpful. The kids played for hours in the basement game room and outdoor playground and basketball court. We made so many great memories within the time we were there. I would give them a 10/10! We hope to be back in the future.

Lovely old home in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the kitchen, and the coffee bar was a nice touch. Modern bathroom. Comfortable bedrooms. We really enjoyed our stay in Jason's home.

We stayed at Andrea's to celebrate my mother-in-laws 85 birthday. It worked out wonderfully and we also rented Andrea's house next door so the whole family could be close. We had a wonderful time and will hopefully be doing it again soon. The houses have great outdoor spaces with large kitchen areas and bedrooms. Everything was spotless and appliances are very new. Thank you Andrea!

An Absolute GEM!!!! Hands Down the Best place to stay in Johnstown. I travel quite often & this adorable home is in my Top 5 - the unique charm, funky decor & warm relaxed feel makes you right at Home. The Rooms were spacious, linens were great & the shower was Hot! Right around the corner from Our Son's (Fantastic Fried Chicken) & all the old local churches. I hope to stay here every time I'm in Johnstown!

We had a wonderful stay at Mary Beth's place this past weekend! The amenities were perfect and it was so helpful to have all of the little extras that we found when we got there (ex. K-cups, extra toiletries, etc.) She thought of every little detail that might be needed. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Lovely home, located in the beautiful Pennsylvania country side. Ann stopped by for a visit, and is well versed in all the local events and restaurant's in the surrounding area. We attended a wedding at the Woodhaven Event Venue. The house is within walking distance of the venue with the added bonus of crossing the covered bride at the bottom of the hill. The house is beautifully furnished and we had no issues cooking our meals and also took advantage of the fire pit located in the back of the house. Thanks Ann and Richard. I highly recommend you check this place out if you are looking to spend some time in the area.
