Karoo Country Style Guest suite

We would love you to stay in our Country Style guest suite, which is situated in a large leafy garden with a swimming pool, which guests are welcome to relax in and use. Secure parking is available on property. Our property has an inverter, which makes loadshedding less of a problem. The guest suit is attached to the main house but not shared with the main house. It has its own outdoor entrance and covered living area, so privacy is ensured. The light and airy rooms are decorated with love.

Off-the-grid stone cottage in the Little Karoo

Off grid cottage set in the heart of the Little Karoo within the Touwsberg Nature and Game Reserve. The reserve is well known for it's biodiverse fauna and flora and stunning scenery. Located off Route 62, midway between Barrydale and Ladismith, accessible with an average car/sedan, that has at least 17cm off ground clearance. The Cottage is well equipped, with indoor fireplace, cosy and completely private - the perfect Winter stay. Note: cell/3G reception requires a 2 minute walk; no wifi.

The bedroom contains a king bed which can be converted to 2 single beds, while the en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a bath and outdoor shower. Long weekend escape for nature lovers on a Game and Nature Reserved, surrounded by untouched beauty and wild animals. Completely off the grid, powered by solar and gas. Our house is easily accessible from Route62. The facilities are excellent. The house is privately located, and offers an indoor fireplace, braai facilities, a plunge pool and a stoep for bird viewing. It sleeps four, ideally two adults with young children or for a romantic get-away for two.

Die Stalle, was originally built as the residences for two owners of undivided shares in the land bordering the Kleinrivier. It has now been restored into a comfortable 3 bedroomed cottage with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. During the summer you can cool off in the nearby farm dam, or go for a swim in the river at the private picnic site.

3 Queen Street

3 Queen Street is a stand-alone property. The house and its facilities are for the private and exclusive use of guests. The house is not shared with other guests or the host. Guests who book the house will have the whole house to themselves for the amount of persons booked. Everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible is included.

Situated 7km off the R62 in the hamlet of Buffelsdrift is Uitspan's Barn. Tastefully restored, this quaint cottage has a comfy Queen size bed with en suite bathroom, antique Day bed that can sleep an extra person. Kitchen with fireplace and lounge plus outdoor terrace with braai and splash pool.
