The Beach house

Why a hotel when for a few dollars more you can have all the amenities of home. We are sure you will love your stay at what we call the "Beach House". Though you are not around sandy beaches, we've made ever attempt to make sure while you are here, you feel like you are on a beach vacation. Whether a night, or a week, you will enjoy your stay gathering around the 75" big screen or outside on the patio barbecuing on the grill. No chance of seasickness here, just a good stay while you're away.

Newly renovated 3 bed, 2 bath in DORA limits!

Enjoy all downtown has to offer while staying in comfort and style. Everything in this apartment is brand new as of June 2023. All three bedrooms have hotel quality king sized mattresses and smart TVs, both bathrooms offer custom tile showers, the living room is furnished with 2 full sized leather sofas and a swivel chair and a 70” smart TV. Our kitchen is fully stocked including a dishwasher and we have a washer/dryer. * Need more space… we also have 2 other listings in the same complex.

Enjoy the comfort and fun of staying in a boutique décor home within a marvelously restored sprawling Queen Anne, circa 1880s, situated in Frost Village, a small neighborhood of conterminous renovated historic houses, situated near scenic Frost Parkway which hugs the Sandusky River. A short walk across the 1930s Washington Street Bridge takes guests into the heart of downtown Tiffin with a cluster of restaurants, shops, the Ritz Theater & East Green. This home is no suitable for children.

Visible from the dining room table there are a variety of birds at the feeder and deer by the river. We don’t charge a cleaning fee. In addition to the linens, EVERY TIME the bed comforters, pillow shams, shower mat and rug are laundered before the next guest. Stays over 5 days will have a washer and dryer available for use.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This property is located on 10 acres with a pond and pool,private neighborhood and close to restaurants and downtown. This pool is on private property(not open to the public) however it is shared with the owners as well as our other guests. Anyone who is staying is welcome to use it. A cute and comfortable home with lots of charm in a safe, residential area. There are plenty of places nearby to explore, or just sit and relax while looking out the back window to see if any deer are visiting the backyard. Within walking distance is Hedges-Boyer Park where you’ll find walking trails and a creek. Only a 5 minute drive to both Tiffin and Heidelberg Universities. Downtown Tiffin is at the end of the street where you will find many local shops and eateries.

Stay at the 3000 sq ft modern barn bed & breakfast with formal gardens and a swimming pond. You'll have total, private access to the barn. Cook in the equipped kitchen or out on the bbq. Have a picnic at the gazebo or go for a walk in the garden. Play lawn games, make s'mores around the firepit or stay in and watch a movie. Right in the middle of and less then 30 minutes away from Perrysburg, Findlay, Fremont and Tiffin.
