The bath/ laundry area has a good size shower, higher toilet, blow dryer, towels, etc. There is a full size washer and dryer, ironing board, iron.

THIS IS NOT the whole home, but is the entire lower level, which feels like one of the units in a duplex. Cabinesque, roomy, close to almost anything you would need, cozy- these are a few words to describe it. You have your own private locked entrance from the garage, where you can park. The door between the levels is locked. This space boasts a gorgeous, new bathroom, new kitchen, huge flat screen tv, 2 large bedrooms, with the dining room and living room connected.

Our newly remodeled kitchen has a five-burner gas stove and is stocked w/ utensils, dinnerware, and pots and pans. Our beautiful oak dining table seats ten, and we hope our home will feel as comfortable as your own.

New, beautifully designed carriage house a block from Lake Hiawatha near the airport and Minnehaha Falls. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, Minnehaha Creek, light rail. We built our space to be a quiet refuge in the city, providing plenty of light and amenities to sit and chill for days, but also great access to explore everything the city has to offer.

Feel free to bring your dog(s) and enjoy the afternoon sun in the West-facing, fully fenced backyard!

Lake Nokomis is .5 miles away as well as the very walkable Minnehaha Falls and Creek.
