It was a great place! Loved our time there!

Hosts were very communicative and kind. The space was clean. Bathroom and living room are pretty tight spaces. Mattresses were soft, which I find comfortable and linens smelled fresh. They provided a lot of little touches like snacks and docking stations. They allowed us to check in early and were okay with a package for us to be mailed to their address during our stay. Neighborhood is in a convenient location and I felt safe to take a short walk to and around the nearby park and to restaurants.

My husband and I celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary with an amazingly peaceful stay! We arrived to the cutest welcome sign wishing us a “Happy Anniversary” along with celebratory drinks. There was absolutely everything we needed and more! We met Roger when he checked in to see if we needed anything! Barb was always very quick to respond and overly helpful! We have already started making plans for our return hopefully next year! Thanks again ❤️

I’ve been booking John’s place for my trips to Cape for about 5 years. It is so peaceful and feels like being at home. It is always clean and is so comfortable. The front porch is perfect for relaxing and letting time slip past. The patio is great for soaking up the sunshine. Restaurants and shops are an easy walking distance, and it’s fun to stroll the neighborhood. And John is just fantastic. I highly recommend it.

I’ve never been to cape before and we had a blast at the local places and being able to walk everywhere. Stacey was absolutely wonderful to work with. The house was even better in person! It was so cute and we enjoyed everything about it. It’s the perfect location and I plan to be back again!

This was a great place to stay within walking distance to downtown Cape. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was a spacious apartment. The host had great communication and responded quickly to questions.

Great stay for a relaxing weekend. Comfy and clean. Worried it was going to rain and we wouldn’t be able to take advantage of the hot tub. Josh was awesome and dropped off a canopy for us.

Holly was a great host especially considering my last minute booking. She was very friendly and responded quickly to all of my messages. 10/10 would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Christina’s rental! It met our needs and was a good place to call home while in Cape for several days. We liked the layout, and appreciated that the rental was clean upon arrival. Getting into the rental with the code was easy. The beds in the downstairs rooms were comfortable and the furniture in the living room was too. Communication with Christina was easy and she was a friendly host. Overall the rental was great for our family, and we would stay again. There are a few things we felt could be improved, but they didn’t impact our stay enough to give less than 5 stars. *areas needing a little TLC…the outlet (box) in one bedroom is coming out of the wall, there is a hole in the bathroom wall where it looks like the towel bar came out, and the twin beds in the attic are not the most comfortable. Also, it would be nice to have more clear instructions for heating the upstairs. It was cold the first night and we couldn’t find the manual. But overall, 5 stars! 😊
