In basement of house and bright and airy. Really cozy and warm. kitchenette well equipped. Lovely shower & bathroom. Elin knocked to check all ok after our arrival. It was great to have a chat one morning with Elin’s husband about the farm,church and area generally. Location is beautiful rural Iceland and made a great base for Gulfoss etc. Village of Fludir 5 mins away. Highly recommended!

We have enjoyed this place, very peaceful and perfectly situated to visit the Golden Circle sites. The housing is quite basic, but sufficient and very comfortable. We recommend this place.

We felt very welcome, there is enough space and a lot of rooms, it is very comfortable, everything we needed was available. And his house is centered between beautiful locations in Iceland. And every time I had a question, he would respond very fast.

This is a charming stay in a beautiful location. Everything was perfect from the decor to the spotless environment. It is located in the country on a farm and just lovely. It’s a bit of peace in a chaotic world!

We were passing through Fludir on our road trip and decided to Airbnb this night. Glad we did because this place was extremely clean and very comfortable!

This was a lovely place to stop during a road trip. The place was spotless and matched the description online. Super convenient that there's a small grocery store right across the street!

Birgir est vraiment accueillant et chaleureux !! Nous avons eu des problèmes d'avion et de voiture de location mais Birgir était au petit soin malgré notre retard et notre venu incertaine Très facile d'accès, avec le restaurant juste à côté qui est d'ailleurs très bon, fait maison, nous avons passé un superbe soirée et nuit. Le logement était plus moderne et mieux agencé quand photos donc vraiment une bonne surprise Je recommande vivement Birgir et ses appartements qui sont très bien pour une visite des cascades ou pour un départ vers la pointe ouest
