Apartment in Funchal city centre, recently remodelled with a modern, cosy and comfortable decoration. Equipped with all the commodities necessary for a wonderful holiday. Includes two balconies and a parking garage available by request. Wi-fi access in all areas, living room, smart TV, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen and also a laundry room with washing machine and steam iron. Our accomodation provides a welcome pack, bed linen, towels, shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, coffee and tea.

Está tudo pensado para que se sinta confortável e estarei sempre disponível para dar o meu apoio no que for necessário. Espero que me comuniquem qualquer situação que possa acontecer durante a estadia , de forma a que eu possa resolve-la, pois tudo o que quero é que levem boas recordações das vossas férias.

No exterior, os hospedes dispõem de uma piscina privada, envolta numa rica flora e variada fruticultura. There's a coffee shop/restaurant in front of the building's entrance and a tea house close by, perfect for breakfasts and lunches. We have the two existing apartments on the floor, appropriate for 2 groups who want to stay close to each other but separated at the same time Ideal for watching the end of the year's fireworks and for people who like to jog and/or walk along the sea.

In the lower floor, there is a bedroom with queen-size bed, a spacious bathroom with shower and a french balcony. In the upper floor, there is a large living room with sofabed (capacity for 2 guests) fully equipped kitchen, laundry, bathroom with shower and a charming balcony where you can have your meals.
