The location was perfect for what we had planned for. Very quiet and relaxing area. We enjoyed the birds chirping in the morning and even got to see a deer in the back yard. The house was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. We will definitely book again.

We absolutely loved our time at Mountain + Lavender Dreams! The home was beautiful, cozy, and incredibly well-stocked with everything you could need to cook, relax, play, and even entertain a child. It’s clear the hosts have put a lot of thought into making it a welcoming and comfortable space. One of the highlights of our stay was its proximity to Chimney Rock National Monument, an amazing archaeological site built by the Puebloans. We hiked to the top and had the entire site to ourselves—such a special experience. The wood-burning hot tub and sauna in the backyard were dreamy. My only regret? Not having enough time to finish the puzzle I started! This place is a gem—we’re already dreaming of coming back.

This is the cleanest Airbnb place that we have ever seen. The beds were comfortable, if a little firm, and the rest of the accommodations were excellent. The only negative is the heating system. There is a heater in the hallway, but no vents in the individual rooms. It was unseasonably cool the first few days of our stay in early May, 40 degrees at night, and we had to leave the bedroom doors open to let in the warm air from the hallway. There are individual space heaters available, and they worked fine, but I am not sure how this would work on a cold winter day. Likewise the AC, it is in the living room ceiling, and does not have any vent to the bedrooms.

we had an amazing few days of rest and relaxation. The house was absolutely beautiful with this gigantic stone fireplace. we had a roaring fire in it each night and it was really awesome!

Linda was a great host. Responsive and was able to take care of an issue we had right away. Lovely home that was very clean. Would highly recommend.

This clean and spacious place is in a beautiful location in a rural section in Colorado, but still only 12 minutes away from town for restaurants, groceries, and playgrounds near the river if you have kids. And there's a farmers market on Tuesdays and Saturdays with fresh Colorado produce. Lee was great to communicate with and extremely helpful. There are 3 separate Airbnb living spaces in one building and still felt very private. We had both the main house and the 1 bedroom apartment. The main house worked well for my dad with accessibility issues and the apartment worked great for my brothers family to have their own space. The property is huge with many places to go for a beautiful walk and see wildlife. We saw numerous deer, prairie dogs, and hummingbirds amongst other things. If you're looking for a nice comfortable place off the beaten path in a beautiful part of the country, this place is it.

What a wonderful, beautiful house! We have five grandsons and they stayed happily busy the entire time. There was very little snow except for on the ski mountain, but they still had a great adventure. Thank you again for your hospitality !! We would definitely stay here again, if you will have us lol!
