Our stay at David and Patti's creekside home was absolutely delightful! The house itself was clean and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after exploring the beautiful Texas Hill Country One of the standout features of this location is its incredible proximity to numerous natural attractions. We loved being just a short drive from gems like Hamilton Pool, Westcave Preserve, and Pedernales Falls, making it easy to immerse ourselves in the stunning local scenery. Beyond the parks, the area also boasts a fantastic selection of breweries and wineries, and the great BBQ options were a definite plus David and Patti's communication was seamless, and they made us feel right at home. Patti's breakfast is an absolute must-try! It was truly delicious and a highlight of our morning We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this creekside gem and will definitely be back for another visit. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located base to explore the area

There are 2 houses on this property. I was staying 2 months, and about 10 days into my stay the hot water heater began leaking in the Plum Cottage. A replacement heater had to be ordered. I was offered the chance to move to the other (bigger) Stone House at no additional cost, either until the repair was made, or for the duration of my stay. I chose to remain at the bigger house for the duration. Not only was it an upgrade, but it kept me from having to move all my stuff yet again. That was a very kind offer !! Although this location is in the country and very peaceful, Wimberley is just a short drive for any needed supplies or to visit shops and restaurants. As I'd drive down the road this property is on, folks would wave when passing. I once encountered a deer in the yard as I was heading out. It moved a little farther away, but was still enjoying being on the property a little later when I returned. Nice to be in nature and able to share the same space. A pleasant stay !!

Renee’s home was absolutely beautiful! We do a yearly post Christmas weekend getaway and this was perfect for my family and in laws. Living areas felt right at home, the bedrooms were very comfortable and everything we needed was pretty much well thought of. The pool, hot tub, and fire pits were big hits in our family and everyone was extremely pleased. We even got to see reindeer in the early morning. I would absolutely recommend Renee’s home for a perfect getaway! Thank you so much!

Linda was an amazing host. She answered all our questions immediately and was always accommodating if we needed anything. The home was an incredible place to stay. Where else can you walk out onto the porch with your morning coffee, and watch Texas Longhorns? We saw foxes, deer, and lot of birds. If you love nature, and being someplace peaceful, you need to do yourself a favor, and book this place! Oh, and in case you are wondering, the internet is great. I work remotely and had no issues with working, or streaming entertainment. I spent most my time outside during my workday, looking at all the wildlife, while my colleagues were surrounded by 4 walls, and very jealous :)

We loved MP’s place! It was wonderful for our group of 3 families! The pool was so lovely, we adored the outdoor table, & the pickleball court was so much fun! We cooked every meal in the kitchen & enjoyed gathering around! I would go back. I will say when we first got there, we killed 3 scorpions & another crawled out of a bathroom sink the first morning. Of course this was very concerning! Mary Pat was very prompt in calling me & said they very rarely have that issue. We definitely wore shoes the whole time & checked all sinks, toilets, & showers. However, we still had a great time & I would go back!

Michael & Amy are wonderful hosts, the room was spacious & comfortable, and their home-cooked breakfast was delicious… highly recommend!

If you're looking to get away from crowds and have space to yourself, this is the place! Keep in mind that this location is NOT intended to be a luxury stay...it is rugged and set up similar to a hunting lodge. At the time of our stay, there were 2 sets of bunk beds, so for couples, there is either going to be a crowded bed, or you'll have to sleep separate. This wasn't an issue for us, as we knew what we were getting into to begin with, but something others should keep in mind when booking this location. It is comfortable, and on a ranch with lots of land, so staying here allows for exploration. For us, we'll definitely stay here again. Carl was super nice, and was more than willing to accommodate wherever necessary. We made a new friend by staying here!

Love staying in campfire circle and Donna’s place was no exception. It was perfect for our crew, had stunning views, lots of deer, and each room was cutely decorated for Christmas. The house is FULLY stocked with anything you may need, which is much appreciated. This is how Airbnb used to be before all the good properties were snatched up by corporations. Classic, family owned home with all the charm and attention to detail.

We had a lovely time staying at Jana’s place. The Aframe is beautifully decorated and the location is incredibly peaceful. The plunge pool at dusk was perfection and I also took advantage of the huge bathtub in the downstairs bathroom! Appreciate the lovely stay!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful farm, and it was an experience to remember! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a host of friendly animals that added a special charm to our stay. Traveling with our two dogs, we’re always on the lookout for places that are genuinely pet-friendly, and this farm exceeded our expectations. The open spaces and welcoming atmosphere made it a perfect retreat for our pups, who thoroughly enjoyed the freedom and fresh air. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, providing all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. It’s evident that the hosts have put a lot of thought into creating a space that’s both inviting and accommodating. If you’re seeking a peaceful escape with the added joy of animal companionship and a place where your furry friends are truly welcome, this farm is the ideal choice. We wholeheartedly recommend it and look forward to our next visit!

We had a great stay and did a little deer hunting. There were lots of deer and the place was as advertised. The place was very clean and nice!

Tina’s desire to make her guests feel welome was apparent in all the details. Her friendliness & stocked pantry of high quality (organic, non GMO etc) ingredients for baking along w/ other yummy items in the fridge made us feel so welcome; she included things like dental kits, bug spray, & sleep masks in case a guest did not bring their own. On rather short notice she coordinated for us to help her father in law feed the goats, turkeys & peacock. Our whole family loved the experience. I personally was enamored w/Stormcloud, who had quite the personality. The baby goats were hilarious to watch as they frolicked around. No chickens or sheep at the home (April 2025) but the goats stole the show & we found ourselves at their pen often. The tree swing was a hit and we had a lovely outdoor picnic/BBQ & enjoyed roasting smore's at the firepit as the sun went down. We all had a fabulous time. Thanks again Tina & Farmer Frank!

We had not left yet and were already talking about coming back. We had the most wonderful time celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday. Lisa was so kind and helped me coordinate a little surprise for her… she even left us with some delicious treats. She provided us great recommendations for our stay. Thank you Lisa for everything! Your cabin is absolutely beautiful and it had everything we needed and more. We also enjoyed sitting out on the patio for sunset and bird watching on the porch. Everything was just outstanding and we hope to be back again soon.

Neat place outside Austin. Trailer was well equipped and comfortable. The bath house was nice and clean. They have a playground, mini golf course, outdoor pavilion and hammocks about to relax in. Well lit pathways at night.

One of the best Airbnb experiences. Kelly is the sweetest, amazing host! The Airbnb was amazing and myself and friends enjoyed our stay! Kelly was so sweet and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay!

Raymond and Debbie think of everything to make your stay enjoyable! Stocked coffee, snacks and light breakfast were provided. A bottle of wine greeted us upon arrival. Plenty of towels and washcloths in the bathhouse plus the showers/bathrooms are beautiful! Awesome playground for the kids and dog friendly. Lots to do on site plus only a short drive to many places like several state parks, wineries, etc.

The Rock House is quiet and comfortable and as described/pictured. It's easy to spend time there -- relax on the porch, watch birds and wildlife, see the stars (or maybe a lunar eclipse!) at night. We were glad we brought our binoculars! The location near Blanco was a good central base camp for our day trips exploring the Hill Country. Kent and Sherry are great and their local recommendations were super helpful.

What Can I say other than AMAZING. This experience was like no other. When you walk inside you’re already in love with the whole theme and everything is just perfectly set up. You have everything you need, from the towels to all the extras provided in the kitchen. It all worked out even better than we expected. Myra is the best host, super accommodating and her main goal was to make sure we enjoyed every single moment. Thank you Myra! The animals were great with me and the kids, we fed them plenty of times, and it was an experience we will cherish forever. Perfect getaway for sure! Loved it !

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly nice and the communication was excellent, she responded quickly to all our questions and even gave us suggestions for places to eat. The place itself was beautiful, peaceful, and clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The sunset views were absolutely spectacular, and the stars at night were truly breathtaking. This was our 2nd time to use this beautiful country home for our big family ladies retreat overflow. The same 5 of our group stayed here both years and loved every thing about it! It is so peaceful and serene and they love getting to explore the property. Amy is the best and I appreciate all she does to make her guest house comfortable for 5 of the ladies in our group!

Beautiful location with great amenities. We love the BBQ / Rec area.

We were there for the week of Thanksgiving with 14 adults and 1 toddler. We appreciated having two gathering spaces and the setting was beautiful. It was nice to not feel like we had neighbors so close. I did not check the listing closely when I booked but it clearly states that the pool is not heated; and due to the time of year we were there it could not be heated at all. Unsure if we would have paid to have it heated as cost was high. Overall, we appreciated the space. Beds were comfortable.

Spent a lovely weekend at Carole’s tiny home. Extremely convenient to the wedding venue at Camp Lucy. Carol was there to meet me and explained everything about the home. She has everything one could need for your stay. I really enjoyed the night sky map. I sat out on the front porch and found the Big Dipper and the Gemini constellation. The place is very clean and I felt very safe staying here as a single female. If I find myself in Dripping Springs I would definitely stay here again.
