We loved our stay! Everything was clean and the bedroom were very nice with comfortable beds. The house had a very cozzy feeling to it. We didn’t had the right plugs for the phone charger and they were nice enough to borrow us 4. On the day of our check out we needed ice to put in the insulin container of my mom and they went above and beyond to get some ice for us, really thankful for that! Overall I would really recommend this place. Location was great too, close by to the beach and restaurants and just 1 hour away from Edinburgh

Lovely cottage, very comfortable and well-equipped, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Peaceful rural area with some nice walks and local wildlife around. The pool and jacuzzi were also super clean and a great addition. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay for a large group wishing to have both a taste of rural Scotland and the bright lights of the city! Great house for large groups with more than adequate cooking facilities. Excellent hot tub that was kept meticulously clean. The hosts were amazing and so helpful with helping me organise a stag weekend. Sharing local knowledge and recommendations of activities and hostelries, etc. Milngavie is a perfect location to explore both Glasgow city (20 minute train ride) and hit the start of the West Highland Way! Milngavie was a nice little town itself with an active high street and a good Tesco and station just a 3 minute walk from Pleasant Hill. We really enjoyed Fullbacks sports bar as well- good value food and an atmosphere. Activities we enjoyed from Pleasant Hill were a walk to Glengoyne Distillery, afternoon and night out in West End Glasgow and a speed boat pub tour of Loch Lomond! Thanks again Chris!

Fantastic house - really comfortable and well located. The location is great right beside the shop. We also enjoyed using the leisure club, the claghsn inn and Skoosh. Easy access to the quieter side of Loch Lomond was ideal. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing time at this place with our family and relatives. We were also very lucky to have nice, sunny and warm weather in Scotland which is rare. Hot tub was the plus.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, Douglas is an attentive host who was available when needed. The bungalow was equipped with everything we needed for cooking and resting which was much appreciated as our stay was over Christmas! Douglas very kindly gifted some wine and chocolates and he was there for our arrival to show us around the house, giving some useful information on nearby shops, places to eat and things to do. We were unfortunate with the weather; however, the bungalow was very cosy and thoughtfully decorated for Christmas and time spent inside looking out at the fabulous views made up for it!

We really enjoyed the stay here! The house is absolutely marvellous!

Great location. Close to downtown area with shops and restaurants. Also close to trails. Host was extremely helpful and arranged for the return of an item left behind by my daughter.

This place is fantastic. The house is mega, and can’t beat the location. Jack and Guadalupe were top notch hosts. Will hope to have this place again next time we’re in the highlands.

The property has the most amazing views of the loch and we sat out every evening on the picnic bench overlooking the scenery. We were of course very lucky we had sun, but i imagine even in rain, the property would feel cosy and there are amazing views from the lounge and kitchen. Brian, the host, was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. Check in was easy and Brian gave local recommendations for us too. All of us also said that the beds were super comfy and, as we ate in almost every night, the kitchen facilities were excellent. We hope to be back to this wonderful spot again!!

The house was beautiful, spacious and well equipped. Ross was efficient and friendly, quick response to messages. Very clean and a nice garden. Pub in the village has great food and friendly staff so would recommend that also Only issue we had was that we struggled with hot water in the showers sometimes. The water was either freezing cold or too hot in the upstairs double. Overall a cosy stay and we would definitely return!

We had a great stay at Jamie's place in Scone. Jamie was a very helpful and responsive host and it was perfect house for 8 of us who were attending a wedding nearby.

This is probably the best airbnb we have stayed in. It has everything you could want and more. Very clean, well supplied and well presented. Very easily walkable from the centre of Avirmore and easy access to the Cairngorms and surrounding areas. Great storage for outdoor equipment and dog friendly, including towels and bowls. Will definitely return. Thanks Heather.

Julie was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We found the accommodation to be exactly what we needed and had everything that we needed in situ. The views just a short walk from the house were breathtaking and a lovely area to walk your dogs. We will definitely be back again next year! Thanks Julie for the lovely break!

We found the house to comfortable and clean, the beds were great with good quality mattresses and linen. The lounge was very comfortable and a good size. It was good to have the drive way as the streets around had a lot of cars fighting for space. The house is in an estate that has some really run down properties/areas but the house itself is next to some nice friendly neighbours (Annie with the two Chihuahuas!) We found it to be quiet at night. The cons: quite far away from town, you could walk but it's about 30 mins. There are some niggly issues with squeaky hinges, dodgy door handles and a window that wouldn't shut properly in the bathroom, but these were irritations rather than deal breakers. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. A big thank you to the superhosts for your kindness, patience, and excellent communication in making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. 🙏🙏♥️

Tracey’s place was fantastic. It was so clean and welcoming, within 5 minutes of being in the apartment I knew it would be a 5 star stay. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, laundry machine worked well, and there were even some basic breakfast items and snacks provided. The bus stop to get into the city center is just a few feet away as well. All and all a great stay for anyone wanting to base their Scottish adventures in Stirling.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Perth verbracht. Bei durchgehend traumhaftem Wetter konnten wir den fantastischen Garten genießen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt. Besonders schön ist der Balkon mit Blick über Perth. Es war für uns der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um die verschiedenen Highlights Schottlands zu erkunden. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

The house was beautiful, very spacious and extremely clean. The living area had lots of space with comfy sofas and footstools. There was a massive collection of dvds and books. The garden was peaceful, with garden furniture and a great view of the sea. We had 4 of us plus a baby which meant to bottom floor was ideal for the baby and mother and the rest of us were on the top floor. The view from the upstairs bedrooms were stunning. We walked the coast to the local villages and the village its self had great cafes and restaurants and an award winning chippy! We had the best stay and can’t wait to go back! Thank you to the host for letting us stay, your house is beautiful.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits chez Laura, parfait pour un bref séjour à Edinburg. La maison était parfaite, propre et bien équipée. Laura a toujours été trés réactive et de bons conseils. (et le bus 16 démarre à 30m de la maison et arrive directement dans la vieille ville !) Je recommande !

I stayed here with my sister and adult niece, so the three bedrooms were perfect for our needs. Usman communicated well prior to our stay. He met us, showed us around the downstairs of the house and the garden. He even let my husband know we had arrived safely. The house is in a very peaceful location, it has a driveway for parking and the garden benefited from the sun. Usman invited us to contact him if we needed to during our stay. The bus stop was an easy flat five minute walk, where you could catch a number of different buses to Princes Street in Edinburgh from where you could visit the sights. We visited the Castle, did the tour of the vaults and you can even catch a tram or bus all the way to Ocean Terminal where the Royal Yacht Britannia is. We had a very enjoyable stay.

It's very homely and comfortable, and had everything that we needed. There are some lovely walks from around Newtonmore. Check-in and check-out was really easy which was great as we had a very long drive to get there. Caroline's instructions were also really clear. Would definitely stay again if we're in the area.
