The place was welcoming, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. This was important because we intended to stay in a lot and enjoy home cooked meals. The place felt homely and, with some basic provisions, we could settle in right away. The kitchen crockery, pots, pans etc were all clean and in excellent condition. There was plenty of choice for lounging and dining areas, with an indoor or more outdoor feel, and the surrounding natural landscape made for a beautiful and peaceful escape. Loved the outdoor swing between the tall trees which invited you to go outside. The seating around the grand firepit was excellent with beautiful decorative lighting. When the outdoor lights were off, we enjoyed expansive views of the Milky Way, by the fire. Additionally, we thought the host's dining recommendations in Ballarat and Daylesford were excellent, as was his communication. The getaway was just what we'd had in mind.

Andrew’s place was perfect for our stay. We were across the road from the sporting tournament we had travelled for. There were excellent coffee shops, cafes & supermarkets all within a short 5 minute drive. The house was very unique with its decorations, furniture & artwork. The entire house was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed. The shower & bath were both wonderful & the beds were very comfortable.

Super clean place for an Airbnb that allows pets. House feels so homey and everything you need is supplied in the house . Had a great time and enjoyed this home a lot.

Stayed for 10 day respite, Shona was great host easy to get hold of when needed. House was very clean and had a home feeling to it , Beds were comfortable , highly recommend and would love to come back at stay again. 😊

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Melanie at her gorgeous home! We had a brilliant stay and loved the neighbourhood. It was close enough to walk into town and to local pubs, cafes etc. The home was immaculate and luxurious with lots of exotic touches. We really appreciated the extras that Melanie provided, i.e. quality bathroom products, and a well set up kitchen. Also Melanie owns an amazing restaurant, Grain Store in Flinders Lane, which we visited twice during our stay.. highly recommended! We loved our visit and will be back!

Lovely house short drive from town. Beautiful linen, towels and lots of crockery in a great kitchen. Garden is fascinating - full of amazing plants, bird life, rabbits, kangaroos and a blue tongue lizard! Plenty of outdoor space to wander. It's super quite & the view changes everyday.

We would highly recommend Alex's apartment for many reasons. The location is perfect in terms of trams, cafes and restaurants and yet it was quiet and peaceful. It was very clean and comfortable and contained all that we needed for our week's stay. Alex met us at the apartment block and explained the information we needed for staying and leaving. I recently had 9 night stay at Ana's apartment and I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family. I travel to Melbourne several times each year and have stayed in quite a number of other Airbnb's in Prahran and the surrounding suburbs and I can honestly say Ana's apartment is at the top of my list. I really appreciated how well cared for, clean, comfortable and well equiped the apartment is, I felt right at home. Ana is a great host, her communications and instructions were clear and helpful and she is very responsive. The balcony was awesome - lovely to relax on amongst the trees. Location was excellent- easy to walk everywhere and close to public transport, restaurants and gardens. Can’t recommend highly enough

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

Claire's place is well located, across the road from Southern Cross Station and Skybus terminal. Great views too from the small balcony. The apartment was very clean and matched the photos, and Clair was very responsive to any questions I had. The apartment complex has an indoor swimming pool, gym, and climbing wall, which we utilised. Although a little smaller than I'd hoped, with no room for a dining table, I was very pleased with the apartment, and it has a great central location for visiting Melbourne. Highly recommended.
