We are on tank water which tastes amazing! We do try and conserve water where we can. Location is perfect for the The Blue Mountains, Katoomba, Lithgow and Lake Lyell Lots of wild life. Serenity it is !! There is an UNFENCED dam on our property, guests must be very careful if they venture down to it.

Celebrating 100yrs 1926-2026. A charming 1920s mountain cottage. Girrawheen is bathed in northern light & all rooms have views to the delightful seasonal garden. Spacious and cosy, it provides a wonderful place to slow down & relax. Close to Govetts Leap, bushwalks & 30min stroll to the village. Price varies dependent on number of guests & number of bedrooms required. Base price is for 2 x guests sharing one bed. Dogs welcome with prior approval. No cats.

Secluded Blue Mountains Cottage - Bower Cottage

Located just around the corner from The Grand Canyon Loop Walk, The Clifftop Walk and Walls Cave, Bower Cottage is a delightful spot for two. Quiet and on the edge of town, this property with it’s main house and two private accommodations, is an acre and a quarter and was originally farmland and the produce store for Blackheath. Away from the hustle and bustle, but only five minutes to town, it's a place to help you rest, explore and reconnect.

There are cafes nearby, the Botanic Gardens are a short walk, and the main towns of the Blue Mountains are 20 minutes drive away.
