Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

This lovely detached barn conversion has all the amenities complete with private parking and exclusive garden area. Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Totnes are all within 15/20 mins reach. The nearest beach is also within 20 mins. Dartmoor is 45 mins away with beautiful scenery and fabulous walks. The Granary is ideal as a quiet get-away or a base from which to explore the area.

Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. A stunning conversion of a redundant water reservoir completed in early 2025 to an extremely high standard. The property, situated in a rural location only 3 miles from Dartmouth, is south facing and approx half hour's drive from both Totnes and Salcombe. Beaches at Bantham, Thurlestone, Blackpool Sands are all within half an hour or less. The property has breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and Dartmoor in the distance from the sitting area and both outdoor seating areas.

Set in the village of Ponsworthy, directly on the Two Moors Way and within short driving distance of many of Dartmoor’s Tors, walks and beauty spots is Quinn Tor with its own beautiful hill and river front, mature oaks- and a rock formation we lovingly call our own little Tor. The Wheelhouse is set on Quinn Tor and has been lovingly converted into a unique and beautiful barn with tranquil, comfortable and modern interiors. It is a much loved home and we are now happy to welcome guests!
