This villa is one of two identical, fully independent private villas located side-by-side (Solara Villa – Aer & Solara Villa – Terra). Each villa is rented separately and offers complete privacy, with its own private pool, entrance, and outdoor space. This setup is ideal for families or groups traveling together who may wish to rent both villas, while still enjoying their own independent accommodation. A design led villa shaped by the Golden Ratio & Vastu alignment, connected to its environment.

Each of the 4 unit has full privacy. Good news! The tourist tax (€3/ person/night) is already included in the price Jacuzzi heater additional fees of 10€/session

Our home is fully furnished with naturally ventilated, Air Con and Fans throughout the entire house and bedrooms, a magnesium private pool, open kitchen, outdoor dinning, barbecue, free fast Wi-Fi (bring your laptop or smartphone), and all the comforts you need to make this your home away from home.

Nous vous invitons dans cette nouvelle maisonette privee a 'Baie du Cap'- un village de peche et d'elevage au sud-ouest de l'ile. Cette maisonnette au milieux d'un jardin tropical offre une vue sur l'etang et sur les montagne. Vous pouvez profiter du coucher de soleil depuis la plage qui se trouve a 250 m du bungalow.
