It is close to skiing and snowmobiling in the winter; hiking, sightseeing and fishing in the summer. The deck overlooking Lead offers a space in the sun or a covered portion for shade. Four person hot tub and fireplace makes the end of day so relaxing! Be aware, there are 32 stairs from street to house. Trailer parking available.

The home sits right off Sylvan Lake road and has a large 2 car garage ( more like 3 car) and is included with the use of the home ( there is some storage items in the garage). Across the street is a Buffalo and Long Horn cattle ranch.
