Very accommodating! This is the second time we have stayed with these hosts. Will always come back!

The condo is in a great location providing easy access to all local attractions. The condo itself is like new with appliances that are new making for enjoyable stay. Parking was convenient just steps away from the front door. It was very nice to stay in a place that we just like the description and pictures. We will certainly consider this property on future visits.

Nice downtown location with easy access to cedar valley nature trail. Special touch was the shower supplies and chocolates. Would stay here again.

Easy instructions to get in. Place was very clean and felt like home. I would definitely book again.

The space was perfect for a few nights while visiting in town with my dog. Bed was very comfortable and the building was very quiet at night. Plenty of parking and the lot was well lit at night. Only drawback was that there wasn’t any great space for my pup to go to the bathroom on grass. It was early April so that might not be a problem in summer but we had to be a bit more creative.

It was a nice quiet stay. The space was cozy , but not overcrowded. It had the basic amenities. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

The house was amazing. Very clean. Had everything a person would need. Plenty of room for all our guests. Great location. Close to gas station, grocery stores, and restaurants. The ping pong table was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

She was a great host and had a beautiful place. Very well taken care of and loved the hospitality. She was super helpful and quick messaging back! Overall had a great stay. Would recommend!

First time in Cedar Falls. Great town. The house is close enough to walk to downtown and most places have outside seating so there’s plenty of places to bring your pup. Our dog loves it. Great yard for a dog!

This was the perfect little place for our weekend stay. The beds were super comfortable and the place was so cozy! Ended up being the best location and was only a few blocks from all our weekend events.

My family had a wonderful time at the River House. The home was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the river.

We will be back! Booked this home based off of the photos (wanted a safe space for our 1yr old grandson to crawl around in), and it was more than what we expected to find. This home had everything we needed and more, thank you. Nice neighborhood to take the baby out for walks in, we were impressed at the detail in having a playpen/highchair/toys for our grandson, and the gaming table was an extra fun bonus for us adults! An important note (from someone who doesn’t have a streaming service to bring to an airbnb), THANK YOU for having YouTube tv with local channels - that was huge for us!
