Come relax on our private 5 acre property with its hot tub, beautiful grounds, gourmet kitchen and luxury linens. Your space is completely private. We provide the best amenities with distinct upgrades not normally found in an airbnb. Take a walk on the private ¼ mile trail where you’ll see deer and our local black squirrels. Cook a gourmet meal in the fully appointed private kitchen with premium cutlery. Relax under the stars and amongst the pine trees in the hot tub just outside your door.

Our home is located in the Black Forest area of Colorado Springs. We have a spectacular view of Pikes Peak; we hope that folks will have a relaxing and refreshing time while staying with us. Guest area is the lower part of our home, about 2100 square feet. Private entrance, two bedrooms, media room (larger TV, board games, study area), full bathroom, common area with pool table. Guest area is secure with a locked door for privacy and security; door connects lower level with host living level.

Easy access to I-25 that affords direct travel to Colorado Springs, the AF Academy, Manitou, Castlerock and Denver. Furnished bedroom with walk-in closet, queen bed; additional queen inflatable mattress if needed. Full bathroom, tv, sectional couch w/recliners, dry bar incl microwave, water cooler, toaster oven, dorm fridge, electric kettle and coffee maker. No large dogs are allowed.

Completely relax! Even if you are here for business. Cutthroat Cove is near the entrance to the Air Force Academy but feels like you are living in the woods. Private entrance (with stairs), parking space, one bedroom, one bath with a large living room area. The mini kitchen features a dishwasher, mini-fridge, toaster oven and microwave. The fireplace makes it cozy and warm and sometimes we are visited by large wildlife. Minutes from restaurants and hiking trails.

This space is perfect for 2 adults (+one baby in pack & play, available on request). Just minutes to Air Force Academy & so many restaurants!

This conveniently and centrally located basement Air BnB unit features a classy yet homey style, timeless art pieces, and an inviting atmosphere. Perfect for traveling business professionals or a couple wanting a short getaway to see the lovely mountains! This unit is located 15 minutes from the Garden of the Gods, US Air Force Academy, Ford Amphitheater, and Downtown Colorado Springs and 10 min from Saint Francis and Memorial North Hospital.
