Very good experience. Clean rooms. Had all listed amenities. Had easy access to bus station. Good space for parking. All instructions clearly provided by the Host prior to my arrival. Always responsive. Had an excellent stay.

The accommodation was booked for a colleague travelling from China and working in the UK for 3 weeks. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per qualche giorno e non possiamo che esprimere il nostro entusiasmo! L'host è stato sempre gentilissima e disponibile, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le nostre domande e facendo in modo che il nostro soggiorno fosse il più confortevole possibile. L'appartamento è veramente carino, pulito e ben arredato, con un tocco moderno che si nota in ogni dettaglio, dato che è stato recentemente ristrutturato. La posizione è davvero ottima: in una zona vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche e ai trasporti pubblici, il che lo rende ideale per esplorare la città. Un'esperienza davvero positiva, torneremo sicuramente!

This is a great apartment with modern fixtures and fittings, tastefully designed and decorated. The place has WiFi as well as free secure parking and is close to Birmingham city centre. Esther was great, she was responsive and always at hand to answer our queries. Nice place to stay, I would recommend.

Amazing little comfortable place, Michelle was very approachable and was very polite, even offered to top up the milk in the morning. This place is spotless and has a drive so perfect for what I needed. Will be back for when work is in the area again. Thanks Michelle

Emma and Johnathan were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and are genuinely lovely people. We booked the house for a small family gathering and we had the best time and took some beautiful photographs in the gardens that created lasting memories.

Perfect location for a short weekend stay in Oakham/Rutland Water - 5 minute walk to the main high street and railway station. Spacious, functional home with everything you need. Easy to access and plenty of space to park 2 cars. Peaceful area and easy to find and access. Really comfy beds and all the facilities were clear and easy to use as well as being super clean. James was great at communicating and provided clear instructions without prompt. Would return and stay here again in the future.

A good place to stay. The house was clean a tidy and warm when we arrived. Comfortable beds and a good shower. Kitchen had all the essentials we needed to cook for ourselves and the wifi has a good signal. Plenty of room to park a car or van. Overall very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend.

Na was super responsive and helpful in messaging & giving information to make the stay incredibly pleasant and easy. The house was very clean & comfortable, with clear attention to detail having been shown. A well located base, a short taxi ride for the NEC, in a pleasant area away from the busyness of the city. We were able to find all we needed during our stay. We highly recommend.

Ryan is excellent in hosting. He was welcoming and friendly. His place is very spacious, super clean and equipped with all things necessary. And the view of the city from his balcony was spectacular. Highly recommended!

On the day of arrival, an unfortunate and unforeseen circumstance arose and we couldn’t stay at the property due to maintenance faults. The owner was very responsive with relaying the information to myself and making sure I was kept in the loop with all the details of what was going on. When it came to definitively not being able to stay in the property, the owner was extremely apologetic and offered a refund straight away or to personally find a new place for us to stay at. She put money in from her pocket to cover a full refund so that we could book somewhere else straight away. She was very very helpful and responsive when an unexpected situation occurred and did her upmost to make sure we still had a pleasant visit to the city. Nothing but kind words to say, if we’re ever back, we would love to stay with her as I’m sure her properties are just as professional and established as Kay is!
