A lovely family home for 9 guests (or 7 if you don't want to use the sofa bed in the sitting room). We are very close (7 mins walk, 2 mins cycle) to Gloucester Road, with numerous independent shops. Also nearby is Bristol city centre, Clifton suspension bridge, the Downs, Banksy graffiti/Stokes Croft, Whiteladies Rd, Clifton village, The Wave (surfing), an independent cinema and many independent cafes/coffee shops.

The Loft House is a charming, newly renovated house in the heart of Bath . A host of lovely cafes, restaurants and independent shops are right on the doorstep. The historic Circus is a stone's throw away with the Royal Crescent a short walk beyond. Heading south, you'll quickly reach Milsom Street which will take you down towards the Roman Baths, Abbey and Pulteney Bridge.

Hillside Stables is a separate annexed building, to the main house, a hidden period gem with spectacular gardens. This Grade II Listed home and family house, dates back to 1715 with some extensions c.1820. We renovated the separate old stables building to build a mezzanine king-sized bed deck and shower room in this completely separate private annex, with its own entrance.

Our lovely garden room is a private, self contained en-suite studio with its own access. We are in a safe and quiet residential area, away from the noise, yet close to the vibrant Cotham Hill and Whiteladies Road with their many shops, restaurants and bars. Beautiful Clifton is close, Bristol city centre a 20 min walk & Redland train station is 5 mins away.

Situated in a vibrant and diverse community with parks, some of the best pubs Bristol has to offer, cafes, award winning restaurants, bakeries, independent shops and even a city farm!

Beautiful self-contained spacious two-bedroomed coach house - Centrally located, yet tucked away in a quiet side street in the beautiful Cotham conservation area. On-street visitor parking permits can be arranged free of charge for one vehicle and if you have bikes (pedal or motor), please let us know and we will arrange secure storage.

My place is fantastic for its location, close to many Bristol amenities, particularly the lovely Clifton Downs. You’ll love my place because it is a home, full of all the equipment you might need for a night in. I offer a cosy, homely space, comfy beds and a small parking space behind the house.
