This house is located beautifully in a peaceful rural area, the views were gorgeous and was the perfect place for our get together. Sandie throughout the week was incredibly helpful and responsive, and from the moment we entered it felt welcoming and homely. For our first AirBnB experience it will definitely be hard for anything to top it. Thank you Sandie!

Lovely cottage in ideal location. Although functional, the cottage was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. We were attending a weekend function in the main building and the cottage was an ideal sanctuary of peace and tranquility and with the added bonus of a hot tub! Thoroughly recommended.

Beautiful spacious private and peaceful house and dog friendly. Hot tube bonus. Great garden for the dog and children. Our dog had the best time ever. Kitchen full of kitchen crockery and utensils. 3 bedrooms all ensuite Bonus when 6 adults staying together. One of the bedrooms down stairs. Plenty of parking. Great for what we required 3 families getting together. With baby and toddler. Not feeling like on top of one another. If your wanting to cook a big family meal , you’ll have all you need online of crockery kitchen equipment. Washer and dryer in the garage.

We had a lovely stay ! It has lots of space , and has everything you need. Log fire, hot tub , dining room and games ! Everything was super clean and tidy 😀. The garden is gated , however must keep dog on the lead , my dog is very bouncy as the path plants it meets half way down the picket fence. This was fine for us as we had a long lead so he could still mooch around the garden. There are lots of walks around , tranquil and quiet. there is around 20 minute walk to fillongly , local pub Manor house opens about 5 on a weekday which was very welcoming and dog friendly and playground for children. As it wasn't open when we initially reached there we tried the local social club , they were super welcoming and allowed dogs in with treats available. also park outside. We spent most of our time in the hot tub , which was perfect super hot and our girls just loved it. Joy left a perfect welcome pack and was responsive to everything ! overall a perfect stay for my husbands 40th .

We stayed in the Cottages during our visit to the NEC Spring Fair show. If you prefer a tranquil, peaceful place as opposed to busy and chaotic Birmingham accommodations this property is a perfect choice. Nilam and Pardip are super responsive and a pleasure to talk to. The property is full of character, offering beautiful, specious interiors, games room and a jacuzzi. We will certainly be visiting again!

We had an amazing two-night stay at this property! The house was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The highlight was definitely the hot tub – it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Our host was fantastic, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great recommendations. The location was also ideal, just a short drive from the NEC Birmingham, making it incredibly convenient for events. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Me and 5 other guests stayed at this place, we thoroughly enjoyed the spacious rooms and cosy living room, the host made it that extra special with the christmas tree. the place was immaculate and nicely decorated. The beds were extremely comfy and a beautiful garden area. all in all 10/10 recommend. I will be returning:)

What a great location, easy walks up to the hills and trails around Hagley. Top tip: Nimmings cafe at the north end of the Clent Hills run by the National Trust; best bacon sandwich in the Black Country! Can't wait to stay again soon!

Lovely cosy cottage right in the middle of some wonderful pubs, restaurants & walks aswell as the castle. Everything in easy access. Teresa was most helpful & messaged to say we were allowed into the property early as it was cleaned & ready early due to no guests in on the day of our check in. This was greatly appreciated as were the dogs treats & ours left . We stayed for 4 nights & ran out of time to visit all the restaurants & pubs we wanted so will definitely have to return.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The cottage has a homely feel and is decorated to a really high standard. The space is very well utilised and has everything you need. Communication with our host was excellent. Lovely touches like leaving bits in the kitchen for us really added to the stay. Great location - 5 minutes from the Castle. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at The Milk Parlour over the Easter weekend. Lots of local walks and nearby National Trusts kept us busy! The accommodation itself is spotless and has one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve ever stayed in. The Milk Parlour is very comfortable and stylish at the same time. Lovely local pub near by The Fleur de Lys which has a great garden to enjoy the sunshine and canal. All in the party throughly enjoyed staying at The Milk Parlour and would not hesitate to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sally’s beautiful cottage. It’s spotlessly clean, cosy, and full of character, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break. The setting is peaceful and picturesque—perfect for a quiet getaway. Sally was a thoughtful and responsive host, and we really appreciated the care she’s put into the place. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming stay in the area!

Beautiful place to stay, everything we could have wished for and so much more. I would highly recommend to anyone. I would definitely not hesitate to return. The hosts were amazing, they settled us in and left us to it but were on hand with any questions with the quickest response. The cottage is a beautiful hidden treasure to suit everyone.

The cottage had everything we needed and even a sauna, which was a real treat! Lynn and Simon were friendly, and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. They generously provided basic groceries and a delicious homemade cake! We were welcome to enjoy relaxing in their beautiful garden.

We had a wonderful time, the cottage was even better than expected. It’s clearly had a very thoughtful renovation. We immediately felt at home. We had a very warm welcome and the one minor problem we had was dealt with immediately. The log burner was a real bonus and the welcome basket was a very kind thought.

Chase Lodge is in a perfect location if you want a quiet countryside break not too far from shops and restaurants. The property is really well equipped, comfortable and clean and is all exactly as described. We didn’t meet Zoe but she kept in touch. Check-in and out is very simple via key box. We went on lots of scenic walks directly from the property. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

Camilla's cottage in Bentley is a serene countryside retreat. The beautifully designed, spacious interior offers comfort and style, while the surrounding views of farmland and the local church enhance the peaceful atmosphere. Camilla was a welcoming and attentive host, making our stay truly special. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

It is a lovely cottage, really nice and well kept. I loved the beautiful garden view as well. It is a relaxing place, anyone too tired of their routine can come here and switch off. I loved my time there. Shame we had to leave a day sooner than planned. Lucy is a lovely hostess and kept in touch throughout accommodating all the changed I kept making in our dates. Really grateful. Happy customer.

Lovely little hideaway which was the perfect base for exploring the local area - everywhere was under a 20 minute drive away. Hatton locks were a 2 minute walk away - lovely to walk along or just to sit and watch the world go by. Mary was a very kind and responsive host - so willing to help out in any way she could. Excellent instructions to find the property and arrived without any issues. Everything was exactly as described and was a great base.

Our stay at Jo’s was perfect. We were standing at an antiques fair at the NEC, which was less than 10 minutes away. After long and busy days at the fair, the peace and quiet at Jo’s was bliss. The cottage was always warm and cosy ( thanks to the underfloor heating!) which was needed in late November. A great deal of attention to what is important has gone into this cottage - Simply but comfortably furnished throughout and finished to a high standard with touches like a proper oven and hob, a touch-lit mirror in the bathroom, a huge and powerful wet-room style shower and and 0f course, the afore mentioned underfloor heating! The house was immaculate throughout. The breakfast supplies and fresh bread were a lovely treat. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting the ducks through the windows in the morning. It was a rare joy to be able to stay in such a rural environment so close to the NEC and all main routes. Jo was a friendly, helpful and welcoming host. Thanks so much Jo, see you next year!
