We really enjoyed our stay here! Great privacy, cozy house and we loved the amenities of the fire pit and paddle boat. It was perfect for bringing our little one too, with a crib and toys available! We should have brought binoculars for all the cool birds and ducks we saw. There were even swans on the lake! I wish we could have stayed longer. The nearby town of Holly looks like it came straight out of a hallmark movie! It was so cute and had really amazing antique stores as well as some really great little restaurants we were able to try. I would move to this area in a second if I could!

Great location & a very comfortable family stay.

Great place to stay. Very spacious. The location is alittle run down and honestly sketchy. But after meeting some in the neighbors who were very friendly and helpful it calmed the nerves of our party. Would stay here again.

Craig was very responsive to my questions and good at communicating overall. He provided great info and easy instructions from the beginning. The place was very clean when I walked in and has a nice sized living room. It was very easy to get in and to lock up when leaving. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils you need, with some additional supplies for comfort. The two bedrooms were a bit compact, but not cluttered and had nice beds and clean linens. Also had outlets that were easily accessible for your charger or laptop if needed. The neighborhood itself is very residential and has a nice community vibe. I really appreciated having a driveway to park in, as it made it easy to unpack the car, and you never had to worry about finding a parking spot. The only downside is there was an upstairs tenant who made loud noises while walking around. Overall, I would stay here again and as I said, Craig was very good at keeping an open line of communication.

The place was absolutely gorgeous! also the neighborhood was quiet that it was a nice change of pace for us to rest after working at a noisy environment. Felt like home 🏡

We loved this place. Perfect location for fishing the Detroit River. Kal is an amazing host. We had everything we needed. Definitely will stay here again.

Really cool house in an interesting area. The heating and cooling worked well in each bedroom which I know some previous reviewers have been concerned about. Very comfortable stay for a few nights with our group of adults and young children!

Great place! We've stayed here multiple times and everytime it's been great. The hosts are easy to work with and the place is always in great condition. I would highly recommend this house! The lake is absolutely beautiful!

Comfortable ground floor two-bedroom apartment, easy street parking, walkable to a few bars and restaurants, 15-20 minute drive to city center. We had a nice weekend, but I think "luxury" is a bit exaggerated for what it is... Still, it was a pleasant stay and I would gladly come back.

Wish we could have stayed longer. The place was lovely, Jason was very helpful and responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed the lovely downtown Amherstburg which had delightful restaurants and cafes and a beautiful walkable waterfront. Highly recommend.

This was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Everything as advertised. Plus tons of towels, throw blankets provided, good plugs and light. Good no frills coffee maker. We didn’t walk anywhere from the house, but may have had it been warmer. Just starting 4 years of visiting AA and will def look to book this again. Go Blue!

Great stay! Very cute aesthetic and very clean. I would definitely book this place in the future when visiting again. It was the perfect amount of space for a weekend girls trip.

Really great stay. Came to Detroit for a night with my parents (both in their 80s), the house is super comfortable with lots of personality. We were able to find parking right out front, and the neighborhood has a selection of walkable cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. Being an older house, you can hear footsteps from the neighbors during the day, but nothing that prevented us from sleeping comfortably at night. Overall great value for the money, would gladly stay again.

Unique group of apartments with plenty of space to accommodate a large group. Lots of parking & hosts were great to communicate with and had very clear expectations (which were super reasonable).

This Airbnb includes a spacious bedroom and a large dedicated bathroom. It is a very nice place in a beautiful home. The shared spaces were just as described and we made use of several of them. They neighborhood is quite attractive and felt very safe. There is a small shopping center that is within walking distance. Zoha/Samina were gracious hosts. They made sure we had what we needed and made it clear that they wanted us to have a very pleasant stay. It was a great location for us, just a few miles from our relatives who were maxed out with out-of-town guests for the wedding that we were attending.

Clean house, peaceful and quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.
