Shopping und Kultur im alpinen Umfeld ! In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich 2 Supermärkte, Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke und ein Arzt. Weiter befinden sich in der nähe ein Hallenbad, eine Eishalle und ein Tennisplatz. Das Schigebiet liegt 300m entfernt und ist zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Geschirrtücher , Handtücher , Bettwäsche und WC-Papier werden 1 x gestellt . Haustiere nicht erlaubt ! In der Wohnung befinden sich 2 abgesperrte Räume , die nur vom Eigentümer genutzt werden können .

Und dabei doch nur 2 Gehminuten bis ins Dorf, 10 Fahrminuten und schon bist du in Innsbruck. Wir haben das alte Haus lange renoviert und eine wunderschöne Wohnung im Alpine Vintage Stil eingerichtet. Die Wohnung bietet 35qm in sonniger Lage mit Sonnenterrasse, welche gerne zum Entspannen genutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung ist 10 Autominuten vom Skigebiet Axamer Lizum entfernt und 20 Autominuten fährt man nach Innsbruck. Da es keinen Supermarkt gibt, ist es am Besten beim Supermarkt "MPreis" in Kematen (Oberinntaler Strasse 11, 6175 Kematen) stehen zu bleiben.
