We ended up at the cabin due to a maintenance issue at the studio. (We were informed in advance, it was not something we discovered when we arrived). I was impressed by that level of attention and service.

The apartment was comfortable and clean, would definitely recommend. My two small kids fit on the sofa bed, but it is a very small one!

I loved staying at the Sunroom. I was there for two night while I attended a class in Hayward. Janie’s place was out of town, in the woods, in a really beautiful area! The Sunroom itself was very charming and lovely. I’d definitely stay again. Also - I was a solo female traveler and sometimes I get a little anxious in that role but I really truly felt so safe at Janie’s place. I really appreciated that. :) Thanks you!

Bob and Lisa were very flexible with us while we were in a difficult situation. We were able to extend our stay into a second week. Thank you so much. If you like being near the water and appreciate a visit from a friendly cat while you sit on the deck, this is the place to be. Those beds are super comfy!!

I loved The Perch! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the consideration of not using scented laundry soap and fabric softeners and other scented things! It was so nice to have everything fresh and clean and not smelling like what somebody else thinks is “nice”. Janie was responsive and when I needed help with anything. The place is so cozy and inviting. I hope I have a reason to stay again some time!

This is a perfect place for those hiking the Ice Age Trail. It’s right on the trail and right next to the grocery and restaurant. The bed was extremely comfortable and made for a great night of rest between hiking days.

So great that we came here a second time! This property is a slice of heaven. Gorgeous sunset views. Kayaks and paddle boats were perfect for our young family being able to paddle to the sand bars and enjoy the lake. “Serenity” is such a perfect description. We will be back again next summer, Lord willing!

We stayed here while hiking on the Ice Age Trail and it was a great spot! The perfect space for a hiker including a large entrance. Holly was a great host and very communicative!

The resort is located on a golf course. The condo was clean and spacious for a large group. One thing to note, although the condo overlooks the lake, there is no beach area to swim; we did find the public beach in Birchwood which worked fine for us in addition to the pool.

Definitely stay if you get an opportunity.

It’s a basement apartment in a house. From the materials used Id guess it was done in the 70s? Outside entrance around the back. It is probably the cleanest Air B&B that I’ve ever been in. That was really appreciated. It is very, very roomy for a 1 br apartment. The owner appears to be very kind. She is certainly responsive and proactive removing snow and salting when needed.

Beautiful place for a weekend getaway! We loved the fire pit, hammock and having such easy access to the water. Everything was very clean and exactly as described in the listing.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay! Was exactly as pictured with the exception of the dining table & chairs. The set in there at present is bigger than pictured with seating for 4. Very convenient for us as we were visiting family that was only 3 miles away. Very clean & comfortable. Loved the huge shower. We will definitely be back. Thanks very much Sheila!

Very spacious place! Clean and inviting. Walking distance to downtown. Nice area

Perfect location for our long weekend! Loved being so close to Teal Lake and the variety of boat rental options. The property is private, quiet and easy to navigate. Victoria was very responsive and so incredibly helpful. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and felt like home. Thanks for a great stay and for being an amazing host!
