Lieu très beau, deuxième ligne devant la mer. Bonne communication avec Eva qui était flexible et très aidante. Parfait pour notre séjour !

The house was spacious and clean. It is located in a peaceful location, just a short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants and by the coastal path. The kitchen has modern appliances and is well equipped. There were pool noodles, water squirters, buckets and spades.

Sara's place was perfect for what we required. We were in Menorca for a wedding for a long weekend and ideally located in Binibequer area - super easy to walk into town for bars & restaurants or the beach. Really usefull little supermarket night next door as well for any essentials. House was very clean and had everything in the desciption including table tennis equipment. Sara also aloud us a slightly later checkout on final day as we had a lot of time to kill before our flight. I would highly recommend!

Maison agréable à vivre avec une belle terrasse et vue sur mer. Le rooftop offre une tres belle vue mais difficilement accessible l'été avec la chaleur. la maison est très bien équipée. Pour se baigner nous avons aimé une petite crique dont le chemin part en haut de la rue (15 minutes à pieds) mais notre plage préférée était à Alcalfar. Il est indispensable d'avoir une voiture. Noelia et Patrick ont toujours été réactifs et de bons conseils.

Such a lovely place. The photos definitely don't do it justice. Easy to walk to beaches, shops, restaurants, etc. and get the bus into Citudella. We didn't rent a car and was absolutely fine. Highly recommend!

l emplacement de la maison au top !!! baignade en sortant du jardin.... dans une crique magnifique, mais pas accessible aux petits enfants . plage de sable à proximité . très proche de ciutadella , ville magnifique . on a vraiment apprécié notre séjour.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel cottage di Maripaz sei notti durante la nostra vacanza a Minorca. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'appartamento dispone di tutti gli essenziali (pentole,piatti, lavatrice,ecc), ampio parcheggio interno, piscina, un bellissimo giardino ed è situato in una posizione molto comoda e vicinissima all'aeroporto di Mao. Infine Maripaz è una host molto gentile e disponibile. L'unica nota è che il divano letto può risultare un po' scomodo per riposate nonostante venga fornito un topper da posizionavi sopra. Nel complesso mi sento di consigliare il cottage di Maripaz anche per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Mateu‘s Haus am Hafen von Cala Ratjada ist einfach wundervoll! Großartige Raumaufteilung, liebevoll und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, die Kunstwerke von Mateu geben den Räumen ein ganz besonderes Flair. Der großzügige Patio war unser Lebensmittelpunkt, aber auch der morgendliche Kaffee auf dem Balkon, der direkt vom Haupt-Schlafzimmer erreichbar ist, war der perfekte Start in den Tag. Die Lage ist sensationell, direkt am Hafen gelegen und einen Katzensprung vom Meer und der pittoresken Cala Gat entfernt. Wir haben die sonnigen Herbsttage hier sehr genossen und uns von Beginn an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Mateu war unkompliziert und unglaublich freundlich, Check-in und Check-out waren sehr flexibel und einfach. Diese Unterkunft ist etwas sehr Besonderes, wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

We found ourselves in a lovely apartment with a very quiet surrounding and the perfect size for a couple. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is very clean. We were positively surprised to not only find towels for the bathroom, but for the beach as well. There are a few restaurants very close by and the beautiful beach and food stores are in close walking distance. We could eat on the small terrace from where you can see a bit of the ocean. Sadly, the sun would never touch the terrace and it sometimes felt a bit like a cave, with a cozy interior though. This might be perfect during the hot summertime, but it’s a bit cold for the end of September. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our one week stay very much and would recommend it warmly.

A lovely apartment in a beautiful area, close to beaches, restaurants & shops. There is a nice area out the back of the apartment to relax with the use of table & chairs or loungers. The beds are comfortable and the option of air con is appreciated. Some areas have been refurbished since the photos were taken, the main bedroom is brighter which is a plus. Host is friendly and helpful!

Elena a été très arrangeante pour notre arrivée et notre départ. Le logement est très bien situé et nous a permis de découvrir Minorque très facilement. La proximité de l’aire de jeu est un gros plus pour les familles et les enfants. Je recommande vraiment le logement ainsi qu’Elena qui vous proposera des idées d’activité si besoin. Host molto disponibile per indicazioni e consigli per la zona (indicazioni utile per ristoranti). Alloggio come da foto e fornito dei servizi descrizione. Zona tranquilla con ampio parcheggio. Unica pecca, cucina non il massimo per cucinare e bagno poco pratico, Wi-Fi segnale non sempre presente. Per il resto tutto ottimo.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour da's l'appartient de Carmen. Tout y est pensé pour s'y sentir bien 😊 La vue depuis l'appartement est superbe. Carmen a ete disponible lorsque nous avions besoin. Un grand merci pour tout 🥰

Alles top, mit mini-winzigen Abstrichen! Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Shopping-Meile mit Shops und Restaurants, und dennoch kriegt man von dem Trubel nicht viel mit (April/Mai). Nach Norden ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß an der Küste - und ein paar weitere Minuten später an einem riesigen Sandstrand! Im Süden ist man in 7-10 Minuten an der Hafenpromenade, mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Restaurants! Auch hier gibt es Fussläufig eine kleine Bucht mit Strand und Kristallklarem/Türkisblauem Wasser. Zu den kleinen Abstrichen: Die Wohnung liegt zwischen zwei Straßen, die längs verlaufende Abflussgitter haben - und jedes mal wenn ein Auto darüber fährt macht es „klack-klack“. Das war morgens ab und zu etwas nervig. Außerdem steht direkt neben der Wohnung ein Glascontainer, den man auch ab und zu gehört hat. Zu Beginn des Aufenthalts erwartet einen eine Mappe mit vielen vielen Regeln, die ich für überwiegend selbstverständlich halte - es hat sich jedoch etwas nach „erhobenem Zeigefinge

Excellent séjour chez Manuel. Le logement convenait très bien pour 3 adultes. Le quartier était très calme à cette période (fin octobre). Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse avec une très belle vue. Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter l'île et dispose vraiment de tout ce dont on a besoin. Tout est prévu ! La communication avec Manuel a été parfaite et il nous a donné beaucoup d'informations sur la région . Merci encore à lui. Vacances parfaites !

We really enjoyed our stay in Menorca and David's apartment was a great base for exploring the island. It's right on the round island coastal path and we did a couple of walks straight from the apartment. The complex was quiet and the pool was a brilliant and the grounds are really well maintained. We'd certainly look to come back if we visit Menorca again.

This was a VERY special place! The house is beautifully situated on the coastline and the views and outdoor spaces couldn't be more spectacular and relaxing. We were a family of 5 adults (30 years+). Everyone had their space to spread out and we were also able to be together. Though there is a beach right down the road, we felt no need to go there. If you are looking to be close to Palma, however, this might not be the location for you. We were there after the height of the season and it was quiet (which is what we were looking for). The drive to Palma was about an hour.

This was a lovely house in a beautiful spot. We had a toddler with us and he lived the garden and the sea nearby. Sergio was helpful in providing a cot and high chair.

This was the perfect accommodation for our stay on Menorca. The place was stunning, the pool was amazing and it was so peaceful. The air con across the bedrooms and living room made inside really cool, and it was really comfortable. Outside was loads of space for us to enjoy the sun (and the shade), and it felt very safe having a 3 and 6 year old with us. There was lots to do in the area, only a 5 minute walk to a bus stop to take you into Mahon, and the town was a 10 minute walk with supermarkets that kept us fed and watered for 2 weeks! Hollie was a great host, gave us lots of clear instructions and advice and we will definitely come back!

Jose e Marinella sono host davvero fantastici. Sinceramente tra i migliori mai conosciuti nei miei viaggi in giro per il mondo. Sono molto amichevoli e disponibili nel dare informazioni preziose per godersi Minorca. La casa è ancor più bella che in foto. Spazi ben organizzati e cura nei dettagli, la piscina è molto curata e pulita come tutta la casa. Tornerò sicuramente!

Superbe villa dans une pinède au calme à 20mn de l'aéroport en voiture, à 5mn à pieds de la mer. À environ 20mn à pieds du magnifique village blanc de Binibeca. Boulangerie et petit supermarché à proximité. Villa cosy et agréable très bien équipée convient parfaitement pour 8 personnes entre amis ou en famille. Idéalement placée pour visiter en voiture les plus beaux lieux de l'île. Merci à Guillaume pour les échanges et informations communiquées, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons à 200% ce logement.

Das Haus war gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der grosse Pool war für unsere Tochter ein Highlight. Wir haben immer auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt. Die Gegend war extrem ruhig. Der kleine traumhafte Strand zwischen den Felsen erreichten wir in 5 Gehminuten. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Die Insel hat so viele schöne Strände zu entdecken. Die Kommunikation war top. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Eccellente qualità prezzo! Parto dai nostri ospiti, che sono stati veramente cordiali e simpatici, disponibili e pronti a rendersi utili.. Le foto della casa parlano da sole: posto incantevole e da sogno, posizione impareggiabile, quartiere molto tranquillo e affascinante. La casa è accogliente, ci si ambienta in fretta e ci si sente a casa, dispone di ogni comodità, lavatrice e lavastoviglie, smart TV, microonde, una buona attrezzatura da spiaggia.. Menzione speciale per il garage coperto con scala interna che collega direttamente all'ingresso, utilissimo in caso di pioggia! Gli arredi non sono lussuosi, ma semplici e armoniosi, il vero lusso è un dehor tutto da vivere, che affaccia sulla piscina e sul mare, con tramonti spettacolari e bellissime stellate! Grazie di cuore Francesc e Cristóbal, avremo per sempre la vostra casetta nel cuore!
