Every thing was great clean new apartment. Only two very minor details to point out . 1. Sofa seat is weak so it’s uncomfortable 2. Cannot use big pool because you are resident of “ East “ building. But The pool for east building is great just doesn’t have Sun if that’s your thing. I would recommend this apartment 100%!

Had a good stay at this place, which is in an area that combines upmarket housing and traditional streets, and District 1 is just a short taxi ride away. The kitchen has what you need to cook basic meals, and there's a washing machine in the alcove outside to do laundry. The bed is nice and firm, as is common in Asia. Host Duong and concierge Manh are very responsive to messages and very helpful. There was an issue with the air conditioner at the start of my stay, but this was fixed real quick. The unit comes with basic supplies like drinking water, toilet paper and tissues, which I found handy. There's a wide variety of shops in the streets nearby, where you can buy all kinds of fresh foods, and pretty much anything else you can think of. There are several smaller supermarkets in the area too, and a shopping mall, with a larger co-op supermarket, is around 15 minutes walk away. There are small cafes and coffee places in the area too.

I've been in this place before and just like the other times, I had a wonderful experience. Super nice apartment in a quiet street. Thao and her family are amazing hosts. Super friendly, kind and helpful. I totally recommend this place to any traveler, specially those looking for long term stays.

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest

Trúc is a phenomenon host! She’s extremely kind and responsive, and clearly really cares about her guests having a good stay. I recommend her and I would stay at her place again in the future!

It is a very nice location to spend time on a family vacation. Duong is very helpful to help me and thank her for all the quick responses.

Multiple stays at Tien’s apartments and it’s always so spotless and clean. Responsive to all queries and always on the lookout to help with giving a great experience for her guests. Look forward to staying with her again!

This place was fantastic. Very clean, good AC, quiet neighborhood, close to downtown, and the host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.
