Great location! Accessible to everything you need for a place such as park, market, church, restaurants etc., we’ll definitely go back.

Mr. Thang was very responsive and communicative, and made sure we had what we needed for check-in and check-out. His place was clean and looked like the photos. 2 bathrooms in a 2 bedroom unit is very nice for my family.

Apartment is nice & clean. Bed is very comfy, view is great, the apartment building is in a good location beside a number of coffee shops and a grocery shop. The apartment was lacking some common utensils, we had to buy a sharper knife as the one supplied was not great, we also had to buy two big bowls and a cup. There are no glasses. This won’t matter to anyone staying short term but we found it inconvenient I. Only 1 person is set up for Face ID, a minimum of 2 should be included in the price. Without Face ID you can’t access building, lift, gym, pool so there really shouldn’t be an extra charge attached. The rooftop pool is a nice amenity, the view from it is incredible.

Great value for the price. The apartment is located in a superb location. It is near a quite busy intersection so do not expect peaceful environment ;) The apartment is quite spacious and comfortable. The host were absolutely welcoming and cooperating. Very quick response to our needs. We had few minor technical issues but those were instantly resolved. Great job!

Our host waited for us and met with us outside the building unit even after a 2-hour flight delay! That was past 2am! But every step of the way, during and after, our host was communicative and helpful, always making it easy and comfortable to ask for any help or suggestions during our stay in HCMC. Definitely will come back in the future! Thank you for allowing my group to have a home away from home!

This place was very good and I had no problems. The location is ideal if your looking for a place in the center of Saigon. It is walking distance to many of the tourist locations. The property didn't exactly match the pictures but the place had the same amenities and the layout was similar. Everything was clean and organized. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in downtown Saigon.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Everything was as described and the views were breathtaking! The pool was a tranquil haven from the bustling city life - despite being a short walk out of town, central attractions were still easily accessible by a Grab ride or walk. Our host was also very responsive to any additional requests we had. Would highly recommend!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Airbnb hatte eine perfekte Lage, sie war etwas ruhiger gelegen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten. Wie fast alle vietnamesischen Unterkünfte war die Wohnung etwas hellhörig. Aber das ist normal.

I wanted to try something more authentic and genuine in the busy city of Saigon. But at the same time I want to have access to restaurants and shops so I went to Nhuong accomodation and I got it all. The room looks like on the photos and are clean and have everything you need. I can recommend this place to anyone coming to Saigon.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was clean, quiet, great location. And Thuy was very attentive and communicative, would definitely recommend.

I stayed at Tung and Dangs place for a week. The best thing is the views from the top 20th floor of HCMC center. Completely breathtaking and beautiful especially at night. Dang was always responsive. The gym in the building is nice and the pool is amazing. Pool is huge and temperature is perfect. Building guards are friendly and helpful. Only recommendation would be to provide paper towels in the kitchen as there were none. And only negative was the attached neighbors are a bit noisy. But overall very good experience. Recommend!

Great apartment. 30 min walk from city center. Pool is smaller than we anticipated but the kids loved it. Very good communication with host.

Great place to stay in district 1 close by to a lot of good food places

very spacious 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment. We were able to do a load of laundry, which was great. Didn't swim in the pool, so can't rate it. Very close by is 4p Pizza & a 4 min walk is Pho Halal, which is delicious. We were going to stay another night a few weeks later but it just didn't work out. We would definitely stay again.
