We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Just as most of the reviews, this place really is a gem in the metro. My friends and I had a wonderful stay, chilling with each other, and the place really entices conversations between its visitors. The host and the caretaker are so hospitable and assistive to us, made clear instructions and made sure we had what we needed. Thanks again! Definitely a reco!

This is my second time to stay here in this airbnb. The reason we booked it for the 2nd time was because we were amazed of how it looked the first time we visited, which was during Christmas season. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and living room has all the amenities you will need, and the pool is cool for summer getaways. The caretakers are also very kind and attentive. Definitely, will come back again.

Really lucky to have found this place for my daughters 13th birthday! We all enjoyed and had a wonderful time! a hidden gem that is just an hour or so away from the metro. if you fancy calm late afternoon or early morning walks, this place is perfect with constant cool breeze. super relaxing! There's a street across where you'll find Aratiles trees! Very nostalgic! me and my sister was taken back in time! we will definitely go back here! Our stay in Tagaytay was amazing, thanks to Miguel’s wonderful Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. We especially loved the pool—it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the cool Tagaytay breeze. Miguel was an excellent host: super friendly, quick to respond, and gave us great local tips. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to restaurants and attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back!

Miss Alma was very responsive and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay. The children enjoyed the pool and even us, adults. It’s very cozy, really feels like home.

My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

Our stay at Rolando's place is great. our family had a wonderful time. The place is so big, high ceiling and rooms are spacious but the nicest thing about the place is that they have a lot of bathroom. Our stay will be a lot comfortable if we booked it during December wherein the weather is cold. But since we stayed here during Holy Week and the weather now is really hot, we really have to bear the heat. They have 2 big industrial fans to help ease the heat, which helps a lot. So happy that we had spent some time in this place. Thank you so much.

The place was so huge and very peaceful. Neighbors are very friendly. Jojo the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful also advice me on how to commute within the areas. The place was well paid for as it was very clean and feel like it was your own house. Thank you Celia and Jojo for the great stay.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb rental! Beth, the host, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always responsive to any questions or requests. She lives nearby and checks in on if you need anything throughout your stay. The home itself is ideal for families, equipped with all the necessary comforts and reliable WiFi. It was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Located in a very safe community, there was plenty to do nearby, from exploring markets to shopping at the SM shopping center. The added highlights was the large swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. As well as a playground area for my nieces and nephews to play. I'll definitely be booking with Beth again for my next trip!

You get what you pay for with this place. It’s modest but comfortable, and the host is very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the stay even smoother. At first glance, the house looks small from the outside, but they did a great job utilizing the space inside—it actually feels quite spacious. One thing to note: the AC could use an upgrade to help keep the entire place cool, especially during warmer days. Overall, a solid stay for the price.

I had a great stay at Prim Rose! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, although it was a bit difficult to get around without a car. Prim Rose was also a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed. Ms Loida's property was perfect for my family of 7. The house is very spacious. The backyard is spectacular, peaceful and inviting. we literally spent a majority of our time there enjoying the grotto, the sound of peaceful water flowing and of course the cute turtles living in the pond. The experience at Ms. Loida's home helped my family create great memories and also brought our families closer together.

We had a pax count changes in the last minute before we check in. Some of us cancelled. April refunded us what I paid for extra pax. She was very easy to deal with, I honestly thought that I cannot have that refunded but I tried and she returned it without any hesitations. We appreciate that. Thanks so much.

What I liked most about Pina Colina is that it was affordable without compromising on quality. Despite the reasonable rates, we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. I love this place. My family loved it too. We will definitely come back again. Villa 3 was super clean when we arrived, the caretaker already set up the AC before we get there which I really really appreciate kasi ang dami naming ginawa before kami nag check in so pagod na kami before pa makarating sa Villa. Maluwag ang house, again its squeky clean, AC works well, sheets are all clean and all the beds were tucked in so well. Heater was working fine, bathroom was so clean as well and kung sensitive ka sa lights like we are. There's a lot of switches para makapili ka ng light na gusto mo lang buksan which is very good. Wifi is working fine as well so pwedeng pede mag wfh if kelangan while on vacation. The place is private, which I love so much.. This is a big plus for an introvert family like us. The pool is like 2mins drive away, when we get there kami lang tao dun sa pool area so nag enjoy talaga kami. I wish i can give you guys 10stars if i can.
