This Certified Green Built home is nestled in the forest, on 1.5 acres, in the heart of Asheville. From here it's a 10-15 minute leisurely stroll down the hill to historic Biltmore Village. The suite is very close to 6-7 breweries, a distillery, chic retail, and some fantastic restaurants. Ask us for recommendations! The Biltmore Estate entrance is also less than 2 miles away. Downtown is only a couple of miles away and is only a 5 minute Uber/Lyft ride away. Fares are generally reasonable.

It is only 3 miles down the ridge to Downtown Asheville, 5.3 miles to Biltmore Estate and only 4 miles up the ridge to Blue Ridge Parkway. You may see a bear, or two, occasionally, so please be careful, lock your doors and do not feed bears! You will not be disappointed!

Start your day enjoying coffee on the peaceful front porch in the rocking chairs, or an afternoon nap in the hammock, and then to downtown less than 10 minutes away to your choice of incredible restaurants, breweries and shopping!

Beautiful lower level guest suite in our West Asheville home. Visitors will enjoy a private deck and self- check in key pad entrance to come and go with ease. You’ll enjoy a king bed, a sofa seat that folds out into a single bed and a newly renovated bathroom. Also, while you are planning your time on the town enjoy plenty of snacks, wine, a mini-fridge, microwave & dish-ware. NOTE: My partner and I live in the upper two levels of the home so you will most likely hear footsteps.
