We absolutley adored staying in Charlie's place for the week. We've been to many air bnb's but this was our favourite! Excellent location, so clean and honestly felt like a home from home for me, my husband and our 2 year old. Gorgeous outside decking area and easy walk into Pickering with easy parking just around the corner. We loved it and will definitely be back! Thanks ❤️

Just spent 3 nights at prospect farm; a family of 2 adults, 1 small child & a dog. The cottage & surroundings were perfect in meeting all our needs, we had the best time. We all loved the outdoor space, & meeting the farm residents. The cottage itself was a great size for our family- & a peaceful spot for uninterrupted sleep. Martyn was great in local recommendations- spoilt for choice with regards to places to eat & local walks. The location is an ideal base to enjoy so much in this area, short drive to Dalby forest & around half an hour from the coast. Martyn & his family were so lovely & welcoming throughout our stay, great hosts.

Great spot! The location could not have been more perfect for walking to family members in the area and shopping. House was ideal for our family of 4. The Christmas decorations made us feel right at home as we were so far away from Arizona. House was very clean as well. Thank you for being so responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at Joannes home! It is so perfectly located to do all we wanted to - seaglass hunting!! Huge benefit to have the parking spot on the front drive. Also huge bonus to be in walking distance to ammenities - asda, pharmacy, home shops and food outlets. Everything we needed was here - a home away from home. The tea/cake/milk was a kind touch. Comfy, clean bright airy base. Comfy sofa and bed. Really well decorated and maintained, lovely colour schemes and accents - nothing has been overlooked. Joanne was an attentive host with friendly communication. Wouldn't hesitate to come back if we are ever up North again. Thank you so much!

My friend and I with our two dogs felt immediately at home. The house was spotless, smelt amazing and had every amenity we could have hoped for. Jamie was very responsive to any communication, his instructions for entry, wifi, and descriptions of the local area were spot on. We had an amazing week and would be very happy to return. Seldom is where we stay one of the highlights of our trip, but this townhouse definitely was. It was absolutely amazing. It was warm and comfortable after coming in from our chilly all day excursions. The beds were comfortable, the house extremely clean and the amenities absolute perfection.

We had a fantastic stay here over the Easter weekend. Lynn and Louise are fantastic hosts always really responsive and went above and beyond in leaving an Easter welcome basket with treats for the kids. The caravan is clean and exactly like the pictures and description provided. We didn’t use the site amenities but the caravan is located close to the main entertainment centre and pool. It is only few mins walk down to the lovely large sand beach which the kids and dogs loved! Overall we had a great stay here and would happily recommend!

We had a great stay, in a clean, spacious, up to date caravan, was very quiet, as the caravan site isn't open till the middle of March. That was not a problem we made our own entertainment with the cards and games provided, I would stay there again and would recommend it to my family and friends. we have used Air BnB several times and have never had a bad encounter, Lisa kept me updated and was prompt in replying to messages I sent. Thank you from my family and myself.

We had an enjoyable couple of nights away. Lovely, homely, clean caravan. No WiFi so had the teenagers playing board games! Didn't realise we had to get entertainment passes to go into the restaurant and these are quite expensive if you're only staying a couple of nights....at least we know for next time. The beach was a short walk away and was fairly quiet...ahhh, peace. Would highly recommend.

What a wonderful stay. The caravan is lovely, with a fantastic jungle theme which the children loved. It was spotless throughout and there were lots of extras included which made the stay very easy for us.

Beautiful caravan and very clean. Looks exactly like the photos. Well decorated and little extras. really helpful things like salt and vinegar and shower gel. right on the sea front with a 10 walk to get feet on the sand. Beach was amazing really peaceful and lovely sunrise view. A lovely few days stay 💚

We stayed at the Lodge for 4 weeks due to a delayed house completion. The location is amazing in every respect. The lodge is more spacious than the pictures suggest - walk in wardrobes amazing for our extended stay. Well equipped, very efficient heating and hot water Long local beach walks with the cafe (great ice cream), literally 15m away. We did not use the entertainment complex but it always looked busy Thoroughly recommended

Fabulous old farm buildings set inBeautiful picturesque setting, looking out on the Moores and farmland. There were cows when we looked out of the window and chickens clucking around the yard. But really private as well. There are walks from the cottage across the farmland, when the weather is nice and the log burner stove making it really warm and cosy in the evening when it feels a bit chilly. The cottage had everything that you need for your stay, and was immaculate. The main bedroom has a traditional bed frame, which we thought may be a bit creaky, we needn’t have worried- the bed was very sturdy, comfortable and didn’t squeak at all. Really handy having a sink in the bedroom too. Loved all the farm implements that were around. Loved the oil lamps converted to electricity. Would love to know more about the farm’s history. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

If there was a six star rating then I would definitely pick that! Julian’s house is superb, we stayed for 4 nights after the new year as a family and have had the best time. The house is just beautiful in a gorgeous location and very spacious. There were 9 of us and 3 dogs all together and we had more than enough room. I would wholeheartedly recommend Foxhall farm along with Julian and Jolene who are great and very helpful. Thank you for fab holiday 🥰

We had a really lovely stay at Curlew Cottage for my husbands 40th birthday weekend. It was a great base to explore the surrounding area as we are into our walks. The house itself was beautifully presented, spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. The setting was very peaceful with beautiful views all around. We spotted lots of wildlife which was lovely. We would highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future.

Had a lovely relaxing few days at Forge Cottage. The apartment had everything I needed and is ideally situated for visiting all the sites on that part of the coastline. I'll definitely be returning and Ray was a perfect host

This place is a gem ! Easy to find and park in a quiet street Felt homely, really comfy bed 10/10 for sleep score . Friendly proactive host. Everything you could possibly need was there including treats in the kitchen for me and the dogs, much appreciated thank you.I had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

Great place to stay, house is lovely esp with the additional luxury spa amenities. Massage chair is amazing. Wish we had stayed longer. Welcome pack was also great. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay and booked the sheep hugging /walking tour too which was amazing! The beds are super comfy, peaceful surroundings and fun quirky experience! I wish I stayed longer.

Caroline is a fantastic host. Her home was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. Some lovely small details that make it extra special on arrival- welcome pack, well stocked (cleaning materials, dog throws and bowls etc). Fantastic location. We loved how peaceful it was at the cottage and the close proximity to the beach. We would definitely recommend staying at Paddy’s cottage and hope to be able to return there in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay , a proper home from home ! Very comfortable and clean , stunning decor, comfy bed and on a lovely quaint quiet street ( even loved the church bells ). Adam was very responsive . Great pubs in walkable distance , Newcastle City centre took ten minutes in a taxi. We ate a nice meal in the Woodmans Arms and beers in the Bay Horse and One eyed Stag , breakfast in the Harry Casper was amazing for the money . Will definitely stay here again if we can .
