Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. The Lodge is on a quiet lane a perfect base where you can go on walks and explore beautiful norfolk

Hall Garden Cottage - A Norfolk Countryside Gem

Our picturesque cottage has French windows opening on to a private walled garden, ideal for young kids. Or al fresco dining. Sleeps four, it’s located within easy reach of the North Norfolk coast, Norwich and the Norfolk Broads. The cottage is also 10-15 minutes’ drive to Roarr Dinosaur Park, Pensthorpe, and The Brisley Bell (voted Norfolk’s best pub). Visitors love the cottage because it’s cosy (there’s a wood burner) and full of homely touches including a freshly baked loaf on your arrival.

The Lodge at Lyng Mill

Peaceful, rustic and romantic lodge in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner, get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Lodge sits in a wooded area underneath a giant red cedar tree. It is also on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

The Bothy @ Jasmine House Norfolk, Bawdeswell

The Bothy is a well-appointed, contemporary two storey scandi-style, detached holiday cottage. It is suitable for one or two people who wish to explore Norfolk from its central location in comfort & privacy. There is ample parking and a lovely small orchard to the rear for guests' private use. Lily's Cottage

19th century cottage in 13th century village. Fully modernised with new kitchen/dining room, lounge and bathroom downstairs, with two bedrooms upstairs (main bedroom leading off bedroom at top of stairs - no door at top of stairs into small bedroom). Older cottage type so steep narrow stairs and low doorways. Suitable for couple or with one child. Free car park across the road. 30 minutes drive to north Norfolk coast, local to National Trust houses and lots of walking trails.

The Barn at The Old Ale House is completely separate from the main house, newly converted to accommodate just two people, with a mezzanine bedroom, open plan kitchen sitting room, and a modern shower room. The Barn has underfloor heating throughout, and private parking to the front along with a small private garden. Lyng is situated in the Wensum Valley close to a host of amenities riding stables,golf, fishing, the coast is within easy reach as is Norwich Dereham and Fakenham.

There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.

Our cosy property offers you privacy in our garden. Royal Norwich Golf Club 7 miles away. Fishing lakes are opposite. Lots of lovely villages nearby. About 45 mins to the coast, Norwich 25 mins and several National Trust properties nearby Elsing offers a church, woods and long countryside walks from the front door We are not suitable for young children. One well behaved dog is welcome, but not to be left unattended. Secure bike storage available

Carpenters Yard is a detached grade 2 listed cottage next to our own house in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Perfect for couples seeking a peaceful village retreat equidistant from the coast and Norwich. Guests can relax in front of the wood burner or soak up the sun in the pretty private garden. Georgian Holt and Marriotts Way cycle path are nearby. With private parking we are perfect for a weekend away or longer stay any time of the year.

Corner Cottage is located in the heart of North Elmham, behind the popular Elmham Tea Post Cafe. Recently renovated, this large one bedroom ground floor flat gives travellers an excellent base from which to explore beautiful Norfolk.... with the added benefit being just a few paces from a cooked breakfast or a slice of cake!
