Within walking distance to shops, cafes, parks and beach. Perfect for a weekend away or for longer stays. We welcome small, non shedding dogs only up to 8kg. This spacious 3 bedroom + sleep-out, 2 bathroom home sits on scenic Palm Beach canals with pool, private beach, jetty, fire-pit, and views of Burleigh Headland - all within walking distance to the beach. Main living & sleep-out have split-system A/C; 3 bedrooms have in-window A/C and ceiling fans.

IMPORTANT: Please note this is not a party house respect the 10pm noise curfew. Please contact me if you need to discuss this. You'll have the entire upstairs of this classic Queenslander. It is on the top of the hill and always gets the breeze but there's ducted air con if you need it. The house is light and airy with antique furniture. There are views from most windows. Four bedrooms, two toilets and two showers. The large deck is great for evening drinks and BBQs.
