We spent the most blissful Holi weekend with Ganesh and his parents. The sprawling 4BHK surrounded by greenery had my heart right from the word 'go'. Ganesh was extremely helpful in arranging for pickup, asking if I wanted dinner the night I was reaching or checking if I was comfortable. Ganesh's mom was the sweetest. Tai would flash us the warmest, brightest smile every morning before asking if we wanted tea. She also gave us homemade puranpoli on the occasion of Holi. The location is peaceful with Bhandarpule beach within walking distance. We also took an auto to visit the nearby temples, the Pracheen Konkan museum and Jaigad Fort. Anil kaka and his wife made the yummiest Konkani food for us at an extremely reasonable cost. Anil was also sweet enough to buy us Kokum or Mosambi juice whenever we went out with him. Ganesh gave us a beautiful gift hamper with cute little tasters of all things Konkan - juices, sweets, pickles, papads and what not. I can't wait to be back with my mother!

Kairi Vishranti is definitely for the nature lover, Mr. Abhay provided everything from Mosquito net, repellent to Hot water kettle, tea, coffee, milk powder and shower amenities. He also helped us in preparing our tour itinerary, and guided us where to visit and eat. The complimentary morning tea was great, and home cooked meals were tasty. Don't plan to visit Ganpatipule on Monday as everything is closed, also there is no electricity on Monday we took shower with cold water. It was pleasant stay and even our 2 doggies 🐕 enjoyed.

Quiet and quaint is the best way to describe this place. Situated in the secluded parts of the village, this place is an ideal getaway from the everyday bustle and noise. This listing is an extended part of their traditional Konkani house . The room itself is compact, but has basic amenities. The property has 2 more a/c rooms in the same premise. The best part is the tree shaded backyard with its fence opening straight into the all private beach! The food (both veg and non-veg thalis) was mouthwatering and the best in the area. Do try fish thalis here! No need to go looking anywhere else. Mr Manish as well as the staff are very friendly and polite. They have 3 cute people friendly dogs which kept my 2.5 year old delighted and occupied :) Definitely recommended for people who are looking for a quiet, no-fancy homey stay.

This was the first time I was going with Airbnb, I was surprised with beutiful experience. Rooms was exactly the same which shown in the pics. Extremely clean washroom and bed, which we generally miss in reputed hotels. Host Sawant kaka is really a sweet person and he treat guest as his relatives. Perfect place for family of 4-5. private room with balcony and terrace access, clean room and bathroom too. Very peaceful locality, no traffic or noise. Caretaker is friendly and helpful. Good restaurants nearby and accessible to commute options on main road. Place is totally worth it and best to enjoy peaceful holidays. We felt not less than home. Recommended for everyone..

Staying at Niramay Homestay was nothing short of magical. Madhura tai and Digambar dada welcomed us like family, and their warmth made the experience incredibly special. Nestled in nature, the homestay was peaceful and serene — the only sounds were birds chirping throughout the day, which felt like music to our ears. What truly set this stay apart were the personal touches. They took us stargazing in their own pickup van — a simple yet unforgettable experience under the vast, clear sky. The food was another highlight: every meal was homemade with love and absolutely delicious, offering a taste of authentic local cuisine. If you’re looking for peace, warmth, and genuine hospitality, Niramay Homestay is a hidden gem that will leave your heart full. Can’t wait to return!

Situated in the midst of nature, calm and quiet place. Ideal for a relaxed vacation. Spacious place, can easily stay 6 people and can stretch till 8-10 people as well. Has all amenities for a comfortable stay. It is sparkling clean and well maintained. Internet is not available at many places around, so best way is to download offline maps to navigate around nearby tourist places and back. Daily needs need to be ordered in advance, unless they are stocked with the owners, as markets around 15-20 kms away. Food is served fresh, and is delicious. My family just loved it. Chandrakant Kaka, who manges this space is very friendly and helpful. Goes out of the way to help. It's fun chatting with him. This place has a lot of space around to play sports like Gully Cricket, Badminton, Volleyball and the likes. Tourist destinations like Aare Ware Beach, Ganpatipule are around 20-25 Kms away from here - making for a 45 minutes drive from here. And more places like Ratnagiri, Jaigad, are around 2 hours drive from here. You can enjoy the real taste of staying in a Konkan Village and at the same time having all modern day comforts, if you stay here. All of us enjoyed staying here, and will prefer staying here again, whenever we come back to visit Ganpatipule.
