My family and I had a great experience staying in the unit. Everything is accesssible and functional. The ambiance was so great. The room was so clean and beautiful. We were so comfortable staying and bonding there. It's even affordable! The balcony view of sunset is lit. We were very happy that we booked the place. I also want to commend the host, very responsive and clear sa mga instructions. I highly recommend the place. Hindi kami nawala from check in to check out because host is always available and finds time to cater queries! Excellent indeed! Book niyo na.

Bella’s place was the perfect place to spend a layover in Manila! Close to the airport (with very clear instructions to get there), clean and comfy! Bella was a responsive and great host - would definitely stay again!

The unit has very fast reliable wifi, big TV and an active Netflix account. The A/C units work great. The beds are comfortable, the shower has decent pressure. We found cooking a little challenging as it is a mini kitchen/area, but the photos show that. The air fryer was a nice bonus. We would have enjoyed having a microwave oven, but it is as advertised. Overall a great unit. the landlord may have found me high maintenance, but he always responded and we worked out what we needed to.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Cyndy's place. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The building is secure, which gave me great peace of mind, and the location is unbeatable, with a fantastic selection of restaurants and cafes just downstairs, everything I needed was within easy reach. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped. I especially appreciated the dedicated desk and proper chair, which made it easy to get some work done comfortably during my stay, something that’s often overlooked in other places. Cyndy was also a wonderful host, communicative, accommodating, and genuinely welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to book again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Dave’s place was perfect for my family of 6. We had a very comfortable stay. The location was very nice as it is near to everything we need. Dave was also very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely stay at his place again.

Booked this days before my flight. Ms. Ma Cristina gives clear instructions for the unit. Recommended when you have a flight in NAIA, specially if it's T3, since it is walkable via Runway Manila. Will rebook again if given a chance.

Veronica's place is perfect – Highly Recommend! We all had an amazing experience - relaxing, clean, comfortable beds and complete with amenities. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Tatay Abet also welcomes us warmly and always their when needed. We appreciate that the host even provided us with welcome gifts. There are coffe and complete toiletries where you will that you are home away from home. The location is also perfect. We will definitely go back! :)

The level of hospitality by ma’am Nel and sir Tony was beyond exceptional! The area could be a little intimidating at first, especially the alley to the entrance but the neighbors were actually very nice and friendly. The place was comfortable for our family of 9 and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for accommodating ma’am and sir!

Tom and his staff were amazing! Prior to my arrival, I was asked what time I will be checking in. When I arrived, I was greeted by Stefanny, Mark, and Emily. Stefanny gave me a tour of the entire home and made sure I had everything I needed. The home was clean and I appreciated the thoughtful touches. During my stay, Mark was always available if I needed help with anything such as setting up the karaoke, turning on the jets in the pool, etc… There was plenty of room for my family of 12 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Tom and his staff made us feel very welcome. My family and I had a great time and I definitely would stay at Tom’s home again.

Stayed here twice during my trip to the Philippines and I absolutely love this place! It’s super spacious and has such a cozy, homey vibe. Pros: - Really spacious and comfy - Feels like a true Filipino home - Huge TV - Cozy living room - Master bedroom has its own bathroom - Filtered cold & hot water (big plus!) Cons: - During my first stay, the cleaning seemed a bit rushed. The kitchen and bathroom could use a little more attention, and the towels weren’t ready as they were still drying, so we had to wait for them to be fully dry before using. - Could use more mugs, but they were provide to bring extra when I asked. - The power of the AC in the rooms wasn’t as strong, so the living room and especially the kitchen area could get a bit warm. However, there was an extra fan available to help cool things down. Overall, despite the minor cons, I highly recommend this place! It’s super homey, and we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely worth what I paid for. Thank you so much! ❤️

Christian was a breeze to work with! So flexible and accommodating. We spent 3 weeks at this property and loved every minute! We used the amazing clubhouse to swim, workout and play basketball. Community is top notch and house was perfect! Will stay again next time we’re in town!

TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I am so glad I booked this as our last airbnb because it was so helpful to have Ate Girlie. She made our lives so much easier for our last few days in Philippines. She cleaned up, did our laundry (hang AND fold), helped with cooking. She was so kind and sweet that my in-laws immediately treated her like family. Place was spotless and exactly what we needed. Ate Girlie was available as early as 5am until we go to bed. She helped recommend massuers to also do massages at home. Ate Girlie was our best part of this airbnb. She had all knowledge so you didn't have to keep contacting the host as other airbnbs. I'd recommend staying here and I am definitely coming back. They also let us extend our check our as our flight was later in the day and we didn't need to leave early with our 13 luggages. The home was comfy had more to offer than expected. Highly recommend!

Very accessible. Walking distance to Mall of Asia. Convenience stores and eating places close by. The place was clean and compact. Comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi. Secure and safe.

The view from the balcony was beautiful, offering a great glimpse of the city skyline. The location is unbeatable—just minutes away from the Mall of Asia, NBI, and the US Embassy, which made my trip so convenient. The building is secure and has excellent amenities, including a paid-pool access. The co-host, Ms. Nimpha was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Thanks a million Ms. Nimpha. I highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting the area and will definitely stay here again! 🤍

Great spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at a great location connected to Venice Grand Canal Mall. Had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to everyone.

Zheynnes place is a perfect for a few nights stay. Close to airport, mall of Asia and seaside promenade. Its a small one bedroom apt that has everything you need for a clean and comfortablestay . Zheynne is great host who was always available to answer any questions I had and was able to facilitate a 28hr stay for me as I had a late flight. The SM complex is huge and the communal pool is excellent with 3 pools to choose from. Its a nice way to relax for the day. There is a extra charge of 125 pesos to use the pool but its worth. This was one of best places i stayed in the Phillipeans as it was much cleaner that most hotels for the same price.
