Maria was very friendly towards me and my friends. Her place was super clean and within walking distance of some local stores. It was my first time in Philippines and the place was a great place to start the trip. If you are coming to Manila or on stop by, give her place a chance. Thanks for the beautiful hospitality Maria.

I had an amazing stay. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

sobrng ng enjoy kami sa pag stay ng 18 days,feels like nasa sariling bahay,worth it po ang rent namin,mabait at responsive si sir mel at si sir carlo,nung nasira yung remote ng tv pinalitan nila agad ng bagong malaking TV right away,tahimik din po ang lugar peaceful,malinis ang buong bahay..what you see is what you get sa mga photos nila..maraming maraming salamat po sir mel at sir Carlo, ng enjoy po kami at mukhang babalik po ulit kami sa susunod.. highly recommend po ang place nila!!🙂🙂🙂

Our group enjoyed Ms. Marsha's place! She's so kind that even though we broke something unintentionally, she said that we don't have to pay for it. Will definitely recommend this to my friends. Loved everything about the place!

Stayed here twice during my trip to the Philippines and I absolutely love this place! It’s super spacious and has such a cozy, homey vibe. Pros: - Really spacious and comfy - Feels like a true Filipino home - Huge TV - Cozy living room - Master bedroom has its own bathroom - Filtered cold & hot water (big plus!) Cons: - During my first stay, the cleaning seemed a bit rushed. The kitchen and bathroom could use a little more attention, and the towels weren’t ready as they were still drying, so we had to wait for them to be fully dry before using. - Could use more mugs, but they were provide to bring extra when I asked. - The power of the AC in the rooms wasn’t as strong, so the living room and especially the kitchen area could get a bit warm. However, there was an extra fan available to help cool things down. Overall, despite the minor cons, I highly recommend this place! It’s super homey, and we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely worth what I paid for. Thank you so much! ❤️

The unit was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The location is also excellent—convenient and close to everything we needed. Highly recommend Malou’s Place. Both units were clean, 309 is bit bigger, we had everything we need. wifi is super fast. good size ref if you’re staying long, water heater for shower as well as some other kitchen basics. Bring your personal needs, except towels and linens. no complains becoz any of the 2 units you choose would be super super worth the owner’s rate. super excellent rate. If you are travelling with a group or you want an extra room for anything, nothing beats Malou’s Place. Same as always, the Grace Residences is a homey place for us, been here many many times already. everything is just down there in the commercial area - restos, salon, water station, Lbc, supermarket, bank, starbucks, gym and pay parking. grab is also very easy to get to visit the surrounding metropolis. Bonifacio Global City is 15-20mins away. Thats all for now… Would love to stay again soon!

From Feb 20 to Mar 10, 2025, this Airbnb felt like home. The room was spotless, just like the photos, and the aircon worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable. What stood out was the host’s quick response—when I had an issue with the kitchen faucet, Erin wasted no time. Maintenance arrived and fixed it promptly. I also requested an office chair and bottled water, and both were provided without hesitation. The thoughtful amenities made life easier, and I truly appreciated the seamless experience. This stay wasn’t just about comfort; it was about the little things that made it exceptional—the clean space, the responsive host, and the convenience of well-thought-out details. It was perfect in its own way, and I’d absolutely stay here again. If you’re looking for a place that’s welcoming, comfortable, and well-managed, this is it!

Place had great parking space. Environment was peaceful and very windy. Place was worth what I paid for. Functional and comfortable. Babalik at babalik!!!

The hosts were very responsive and very flexible. They made sure our requests and needs are provided. We’ll definitely recommend and book again. Just a little hiccup during the check in (but not the hosts’ fault). The receptionist had some confusion with the names, but the host were so responsive that the issues were addressed in no time.

I have no complaints… I’m a returning guest and this is where I intend to stay on all my future trips to Manila… the hosts are great, the unit is a good size and well equipped and its location is conveniently near the mall.

A great place to stay in the BGC Area because a lot of good stores are close by. Good for a family stay and the entertainment section makes fun bonding moments.

The location is unbeatable—just minutes away from the Mall of Asia, NBI, and the US Embassy, which made my trip so convenient.
