Our son's birthday weekend was everything we hoped it would be...comfortable beds, lots of room, loved the balcony, beautiful views, well stocked kitchen. Very lovely...will definitely choose this place again!

This condo is centrally located making getting to downtown, Landa Park, the water park, and just about all N.B. offers very easy. You could walk to Wurstfest from this location. It is right on the Comal river so you can jump in the river anytime. The unit was very comfortable. You will hear the trains when they move through town since the tracks are right next to the complex so take note if you are a light sleeper.

An amazing place to stay and a great host! We absolutely loved staying here and would definitely come back.

Wonderful location with parking in San Antonio!! The host provides crystal clear instructions on how to check in and was very responsive if I had any questions. Very walkable area! Once we parked our car we didn’t have to move it until we checked out. Great stay! Will try to stay here again when we return to San Antonio!

Great weekend stay! This apartment is great for couples. Plenty of space and close to so many local attractions and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future.

Thomas was a very responsive host. He quickly responded to all of our questions. We were just a few miles from the riverwalk area and we were able to drive and uber to the area very easily. We lost internet connection for a brief period and Thomas had already notified his internet provider to get the issue resolved. Having the coffee and purified water was a very nice touch. I love my morning coffee, so it was nice to not have to worry about purchasing this. The area was very quiet as well. We would definitely stay at Thomas’s rental if we return to San Antonio.

Sabrina was so very accommodating! She allowed us both an early check-in and a late check-out. We barely used our rental car because we were able to walk to lots of coffee places and restaurants from the condo. Her place is very convenient to river tubing as the exit off of the river is literally across the street. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. We loved our stay!

Beautiful home. It was helpful that the owners live in the house in front of the Airbnb. We requested additional towels and they were very quick to respond.

Great location. Close to comal and the water park. If you are planning to float the comal this is a better location than staying on the river

This was our second visit to the River House and once again, it was a treat! We just LOVE this home. The decor is so vibing! Very…eclectic? Bohemian? Perfect, for our family. There are only two possible drawbacks to be aware of: both bathrooms are only accessible through a bedroom and aside from one king bed, all the rest are twin beds. We love San Antonio and are so glad we’ve found the River House to use as our “base”!!

Daniel’s place was fantastic! Check-in was super easy, and the house looked exactly like the pictures. As a self-proclaimed clean freak, I appreciated how spotless everything was, it made settling in so effortless. Great communication, too! All the amenities worked perfectly with no real issues. Just a heads-up, the hot tub takes a good while to heat up. Not a dealbreaker at all, but good to know in advance. The house backs up to a golf course, which offers some amazing views. The golfers were so kind to our kids, one even stopped to play catch with them for a bit, turning out to be such a fun and unexpected moment. Overall, we had a wonderful time and felt completely at home. We’ll definitely be booking again next time we’re in San Antonio!

5 star responsiveness from Garrett and a great weekend house.

This house was probably my favorite of any Airbnb ever. The house was beautifully furnished, extremely clean and spacious. I felt like we got an incredible deal for such a large home. The subdivision was quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbors. He left such detailed instructions for every aspect of the stay, from arrival to check-out. He also left recommendations for everything from restaurants to nightlife to shopping, and everything in between. The beds were comfy, as were both living areas. We moved our daughter up to college, and I plan to utilize this rental every time we come to visit. Truly above and beyond. Can't wait to come back!

Great stay! We were a group of 7 and we had plenty of space to spread out! Lee was very communicative and did everything he could to make sure we had a nice stay.

This place was exactly as described and super close to where my son’s band was playing at Gruene Hall. We had a total of seven people. It fit us all. There were a few crumbs that were found in the kitchen. Overall, it was a great place. The view of the River from the balcony was peaceful!

Our families loved staying at this condo. It is literally steps from the Comal River. We loved not having to fight holiday traffic in town to go float the river. We had fun just hanging out in front of the condo. The condo is perfectly situated in town that you can get anywhere pretty quickly. We did not have a single problem and never had a need to reach out to the host, although I feel that it would have been easy to reach her had we needed anything. The condo is spacious and each room has a bathroom. We will be back next summer!

We really loved our unit, 212B. It had a direct view of the water and pool, easy to access and a walkable location to city center.

Had a girls weekend at the comfortable condo. Perfect location, was very clean, comfortable beds and a large rear patio we used often to enjoy views of Comal River. Deer came nightly. Very close to Schlitterbahn too. Perfect time to visit before summer crowds.
