The location was breathtaking, beautiful, tranquil and peaceful. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the amenities to the serene garden, jacuzzi, pool and incredible views. Convenient enough to get to downtown San Antonio and extremely quiet to provide a beautiful nights rest. Julia always responded in a timely fashion and was the sweetest host.

Great place to stay for WurstFest. Was exactly what we needed and would absolutely stay here again!

WOW! This Hacienda style dwelling was exactly what we wanted to stay at in San Antonio.Absolutely gave you the flavor we needed to make our visit authentic feeling.Having a great Mexican restaurant( El Chaparral )a mile away was a bit of magic also. Pool is large & rooms were cozy.Details were obvious everywhere.Thank You so much for the memories.

We loved Malibu Ranch! Our kids loved the pool and the pool table— it was very peaceful and beautiful. We look forward to staying here again

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Jason’s house was a great location, close to the Alamo and Riverwalk. We traveled to Six Flags and Seaworld, each about 20mins away. The pool and hot tub were definitely the highlights of our stay. Jason was very friendly and responsive.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect (we were able to walk to so many things!), and it was so nice to come back to the private hot tub after a day of exploring! The hosts were extremely friendly, responsive, and put a lot of thought into making our stay comfortable. We had everything we needed and more! The rental unit was extremely clean, well-kept, and up-to-date. The beds were very comfortable, we slept so well! If we are ever in the area again, this will be our place for sure!

This home was perfect! Was exactly what we needed. Great kitchen and the outdoor space was the best. The host was very responsive. The neighborhood was gated and felt safe.

Jennifer was a great host in responsiveness and being attentive. The place was just what our family needed and the back yard is a huge plus for pets! Highly recommend if your staying in San Antonio.

We stayed for Labor Day weekend and the ease of access to the river made for the perfect weekend. No worrying about parking, renting tubes, getting picked up by a van- just walk in and walk out back to the house. It is a beautiful little gem.

This spot is just a couple of short blocks away from a lot of cool spots in San Antonio. Plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. Fencing and the landscaping keep it pretty private event though it’s in the middle of the city.

I have stayed here about 4 or 5 times over the years and it’s always my favorite Airbnb to stay at in San Antonio! Once again it was so clean and comfortable! This place always makes us happy with our trip!

The home was beautiful, spacious, close to down town, and exactly what we needed. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place.

Lee's place was great!! It's walking distance from The Pearl District, and very close to The Alamo and the Riverwalk! The place was attractive and clean. Lee was also very responsive to my texts! For information purposes: It's a three story condo. This is not an ideal place for anyone with mobility issues. My family and I had am overall great experience!

This condo is centrally located making getting to downtown, Landa Park, the water park, and just about all N.B. offers very easy. You could walk to Wurstfest from this location. It is right on the Comal river so you can jump in the river anytime. The unit was very comfortable. You will hear the trains when they move through town since the tracks are right next to the complex so take note if you are a light sleeper.

We wanted an Airbnb with a pool for the weekend and that’s exactly what we got. Thank goodness for a heated pool, it was great!

This was our second visit to the River House and once again, it was a treat! We just LOVE this home. The decor is so vibing! Very…eclectic? Bohemian? Perfect, for our family. There are only two possible drawbacks to be aware of: both bathrooms are only accessible through a bedroom and aside from one king bed, all the rest are twin beds. We love San Antonio and are so glad we’ve found the River House to use as our “base”!!

We had an amazing stay. Very nice and peaceful location. Easy to get around from. Perfect little piece of heaven. Definitely a place I would recommend and stay at again. Hosts were amazing at check in and were helpful with recommendations.

We have stayed here multiple times and have always enjoyed the beautiful and relaxing house and outdoor setting. We feel right at home. There is plenty of space and a kitchen with all the appliances and tools that you might need. Although we really only make breakfast as there are lots of great restaurants and take out places in San Antonio. Perfect Hosts!
