Really great stay for our little family. Clean, close to the beach and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. Really responsive when we had questions during our stay too!

It was a heaven. Everything was perfect. Sur was a nicest person that I ever met through air BnB. I thoroughly recommend this place if you wanna have be ever relax.

We didn't have the perfect stay at Jess' place. A couple of things went wrong. But when things go wrong, having a host as responsive as Jess and Jordan makes a huge difference. They were quick to respond, and super helpful. And then the location itself was fantastic. Near to the road to Tauranga, very close to the beach and surf club, a couple of shops that had what we needed (and fish'n'chips!)

Wonderful spot with an amazing view. Lots for the kids to do, Flint was a hit, as was the fire pit, pool, spa and creek. Checked our eel trap as we left and caught (and released) an eel, memorable end to a lovely family mini break. Thank you Yana.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the house was pristine, very comfortable and had all we needed - was better than the pictures As a group staying for a surf competition at Papamoa was only a short distance to where we needed to be. We definitely look to stay here again as a first option next visit.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We especially loved the cozy touches and thoughtful amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

it was an amazing trip with my family even though the weather was bad we still made used of the pool and spa so beautiful everything was close by I will recommend big family to stay here

The place is tidy, clean and well decorated. The only we did not feel quite comfortable with is it is actually the host's home full of their stuff that we did not quite expect. We prefer a usual Airbnb that if it is a whole house, the setting is for guest only (walldrobe space for guests etc.).

Beautiful property with idyllic surrounds. We stayed while participating in a running event and found it the perfect place to unwind after a hard morning! Very secluded and peaceful with all needed amenities + some added comforts. Would highly recommend and hope we can visit again!

We had never been to Sapphire Springs before and were lucky to find availability for two nights at the end of our holiday. The facilities were excellent, my daughter loved the play equipment, trampoline and mini golf, and the pools and bush walks were fabulous. One thing we noticed was how happy and friendly all the staff were. It really makes a difference to the experience when the staff are like that. We’ll definitely be back!

Had such a lovely time. The place is immaculately clean and tidy and contains everything one could need. The area is gorgeous and so peaceful. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful.

Absolutely loved my stay! Beautiful views out front on the deck and from the spa. The bed is a cloud, it’s super cozy. Overall a beautiful & cute cabin that’s modern, comfortable with scenic views and privacy. Looking forward to staying again and have recommended this spot to my friends already.

Clean and warm camp ground. Lovely surroundings set in peaceful bush, and I also took full advantage of the hot pools. Reception was very helpful and welcoming and I was grateful as I didn't read all the terms and conditions of bringing your own bedding( I'm travelling from overseas so didn't bring bed linen) and coin activated showers and helped me out that way. I would stay here again, and it would be a really nice place to bring a young family as the pools; stream, ducks and complimentary mini golf would be ideal for young children. It would be great once the fibre cables are in and there is better reception and / or WiFi also but I knew there wasn't any before I arrived so that was fine. I would recommend this idyllic place for families 10/10
