We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The flat was neat, clean, and beautifully maintained—just like the pictures. The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. All the amenities were in excellent condition and made the stay very comfortable. The internet was reliable and worked well for office tasks—great for a workation. Almas was an excellent host—always helpful and prompt in responding. The beach is around 900 meters away and walkable. There are two routes—one for cars and a shorter walking path. I’d suggest avoiding the walking path at night due to street dogs. A small suggestion: adding a clock in the hall or room would give the space a more homely touch. Overall, one of the best stays I’ve had in the Baga/Calangute area. Highly recommended!

Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

good apartment just few minutes away from the beach

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

This house was super comfortable, clean and well-equipped! Walking distance to the beach, several spas, restaurants and shopping. The caretaker, Mr. Pandey, was also very accessible and considerate of our needs. Definitely recommend!!

premises is big enough for children to bring their own football to play. Can find a trail from house only to the beach 5 min walking, will find only some fishermen and no crowd , it's nice to be there at the beach in morning. House is surrounded by coconut trees. people seeking for peace with no loud DJ'S will definitely like the place. Restaurant near by is Sand and waves restaurant and bar at velsao beach ,will get all the varieties to eat and is near by and is the only restaurant at the beach and is enough as we can get everything to fill tummy.

First of all, my apologies for the delay in sharing my review, but I really didn't want to write in a rush. My trip was a last-minute one, which is obvious when it's Goa. Though I am a regular visitor, the southern part was untouched, and I needed a place near the beach but not on it, that is peaceful, safe, clean, and gives you a getaway feeling. Believe me, I only chose this house after reading the host reviews, and besides the property being an amazing choice that checks all your laid-back vacation items, Onkar was the most humble BNB host I have experienced so far. I felt like I went to a friend's place, and that's how you care. Thanks, Onkar, for being yourself; it matters a lot for the experience. I would like to visit and stay again during the monsoons; it will be beautiful, I am sure. And I hope you liked us as guests, as it goes both ways. Glad to find a stay to recommend and visit again. Excellent Family-Friendly Stay in Goa! Rating: 5/5 We had a fantastic time at this beautiful property in Goa with my family! The property is extremely clean and well-maintained. The secured parking space was a huge plus, and caretaker Sonu was always just a call away. John is a great host, super responsive and ensured our stay was comfortable. The property has all necessary amenities, and the spacious air-conditioned living room was perfect for relaxing. The super clean washroom and balcony with pool view were added bonuses! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Goa's beautiful beaches and attractions. One minor suggestion: consider replacing the induction cooktop with a gas stove. As a family, we sometimes needed to cook proper meals quickly. Overall, we highly recommend this property for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Goa. The host's exceptional hospitality makes this property truly stand out! We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

A great, clean and hygiene place to say. We had gone for a business trip and our requirements were taken care like internet etc. Very close to beach, the privacy of the property and good and supporting staff made the experience very comfortable with full of joy. We had a truly pleasant stay at this place! Check-in was absolutely smooth - everything in the house was shown and clearly explained, thanks to Mr. Lochan! Plus he gave a helpful scooter tour around for shops and other, and assisted in arranging my own rent a bike. The communication was excellent throughout, both before arrival and during the stay. Any questions I had were answered quickly and helpfully. The house itself was cozy, very neat and clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen, though compact, was perfectly equipped so it had all the essentials for daily. All appliances, including iron, tv, A/C etc worked just fine. The overall atmosphere inside this gated society was calm and safe. One of the best parts was how incredibly close the sea was, that exit gate literally opens onto the beach. It takes just 2–3 minutes to get there on foot. I’m also especially grateful to Mr. Brian for his kindness and support - even he helped me with ride to hospital once I was in need

Beautiful place to stay in goa especially when you are looking the budget friendly stay. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant interior. Kitchen is well designed and you can find all the required kitchen utensils. We enjoyed pur stay here and hope to return. The location is perfect, clean and very close to the beach, checkin and checkout procedure was very easy, you can find the beach on walking distance.

First off all we would Like to Thank you Lourio and care taker Ranjeet for helping us out with so many things on a daily basis, their response was amazing. This place is great in terms r beach accessibility and peaceful surroundings, you can see and hear the waves which was fantastic experience. All food delivery services were a click away and for a extremely relaxing experience we highly recommend this place, the beach looks a like is of your own with very few people and pristine waters, did not expect this kind of luxury in crowded Goa. One word, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Candolim Beach, and having a lovely pool on-site was such a bonus. Matasha was an exceptional host, always friendly and attentive. She keeps the house in impeccable condition, and her thoughtfulness made our stay truly memorable. Since it was my husband's birthday during our stay and she sent us a delicious cake, which was such a kind gesture. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Goa. We can't wait to visit again!

Our stay was nothing short of magical ! Nestled just 20 meters from the beach, this charming retreat offers direct access through a private gate, making every sunrise and sunset feel even more special. The warm hospitality of Vikram and Ram made our experience truly delightful—they were always ready to assist with a friendly smile. Freeda’s thoughtful recommendations for nearby shacks and shops added a wonderful touch to our trip. She was always in touch and went out of her way to accommodate us an option for late check-out as our flight was at night. If you’re seeking tranquility by the shore, this is the perfect haven. Would surely come back soon. P.S. people living in other cottages are very friendly!
