Great house and yard! I only stayed one night while passing through, but enjoyed the stay

This was the perfect place to stay for 2 couples to arrive for an early morning (6 a.m.) viewing of Sandhill Cranes at Rowe Sanctuary. The place is quiet with two comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It was more than spotlessly clean - it shone with careful maintenance. The heavily used Union Pacific rail main line is only 2 blocks away, but the whistle sounds were not disturbing and welded rail means that there is no clickety-clack. The sleeping was fine. An altogether wonderful place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Tom and Cindy’s cottage. A very clean and quiet space with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. A top notch unit.

Shad and Ceann are wonderful hosts for this house! It's always clean and they are communicative with us about when we can check in and make sure we have everything prior to check in. Would highly recommend this place!

Ericka was a great host, addressed a concern with the lock quickly! Very kind and accommodating throughout the whole booking and stay process! We came to see the cranes, and the cabin was only 5 minutes from the Plautz Crane Viewing Platform, so we chose it for the location. But also my family liked the property (it was an under-10-minute walk to one of the Platte channels), the front porch, the television, the well-stocked kitchen, the separate bedrooms, and the gas stove in the living area. Cranes flew directly over the cabin in the morning. We are breakfast at the cabin and used the Keurig coffee maker and supplied coffee. Drove into Kearney for dinner.

A perfect stop on our cross country road trip! Great spot for pups and our family of 4 adults and 1 infant. Kressy was an extremely responsive and helpful host! She checked in with us when it snowed and even made sure the driveway was clear so that we could easily get back on the road in the morning. Thanks, Kressy!
