Quiet, tranquil and peaceful are how most guests describe their stay at The Wandering Path. Being in nature has a significant impact on mental and physical health. Come make memories you won’t forget in our beautiful, romantic tiny house. Watch the sunrise over the fields while sipping a cup of coffee. You will Enjoy exploring the nearby Coldwater Creek during the day, Or if you rather relax on the most beautiful beaches in Florida, it is a short drive. After a busy day, enjoy a magnificent view of the sunset or watch the deer as they approach the fields from the East. Please understand we are still improving the outdoors with additional landscaping.

Jennings Park is close by and has a paved walking trail Plenty of restaurants ElReys Mexican, Happy kitchen Chinese. David’s Catfish, Camp 31 BBQ, simply donuts and so much more. There is a laundry mat conveniently located less than a mile. We are not responsible for water, Power or Internet service issues that may occur during your stay. THINGS TO NOTE: We do have a rooster that is fond of crowing. Lol

It is located in the country woods of Milton, FL on family-owned farm land, but not too far off the beaten path. Only 15 minutes to the heart of the city, and 45 minutes to beaches. It is next door to Sowell Farms which is home to several wedding venues, fenced exotic wildlife (may or may not be seen during your stay), and home of the Trophy for Great American Christmas Light Fight!

Covered back porch with great privacy, fire pit area in back yard & attached carport. Guest bedrooms have queen beds. New build which opened December 20,2019. Great location for those visiting family, on business or just a relaxing getaway. 1 adult/guest must be 25 years old to book this house.

The perfect Adult retreat. This 2 bedroom 2 full bath home stands out with a tropical style garden, large deck and custom outdoor bar. We are located 3.3 miles from I-10. You can unwind in the European style library, watch a movie on the 65” Smart TV, or enjoy a cold drink at the outdoor bar area. Coffee on the deck in the garden is the best. If you are looking to move to the area, we have an in-house Realtor that can assist you. Not suitable for children under 12.
